The portion was massive (worth every penny), and it stayed thick and cold down to the last spoonful. Service was lightning-fast--ordered at the counter, and it was ready in under 5 minutes even during the lunch rush. The staff was super friendly, greeted me with a smile, and even offered to customize the toppings. As an update to my prior review, the manager of 3Natives Wellington reached out regarding the customer service my daughter and I experienced when we visited the store. I emailed her and explained a little more about the visit and she replied very quickly. It was a nice exchange and I felt that she genuinely listened to my concerns. My daughter and I took the opportunity to visit the store again a couple of weeks ago and it was a much more pleasant experience. The gentleman who took our order greeted us warmly, our food was great and delivered to the table, and I never felt like my value as a customer was based on the tip I left (he walked away from the register before I entered the amount). We were thanked for coming in on our way out. I appreciate the willingness of management and the staff to listen to my thoughts as a customer and to make adjustments. Thank you!! read more

This was my first time to 3Natives and it was my first time ordering an açaí bowl. The girl at the register was very friendly and helpful. I told her that I had never had an açaí bowl and she recommended the Nutella Crunch açaí bowl. After I had already seen this on their menu on their website, and thought that the Nutella Crunch açaí bowl sounded good, this girl's suggestion solidified my decision to order the Nutella Crunch açaí bowl. I also ordered a blue lemonade refresher. This drink came with little pieces of fresh pineapple in it. Both the Nutella Crunch açaí bowl and the blue lemonade refresher tasted really good. On a cute corner in a Wellington Plaza, sits this very cute 3Natives acai spot. Super clean as you walk in. Couches are inviting and the corner window so cute and warm. The A/C is high tp offset the FL sun, so the place is comfortable. Ordering was a breeze, and options were plenty. Ordered and got my acai bowl within 5 minutes. Place had steady incoming and outgoing traffic. Outdoor seating also available with cute dogs allowed :) 2 Estes Acai Bowl - 8oz Delicious!! With lots of toppings. This place "was" amazing but since the new owners took over it's sooooooo downhill sadly. Nomore , coffee Nomore chilli granola is cheap not hearty like before. Only a few fruits aloud on bowls. No welcoming greeting like before. Just go to tropical smoothie , it's better. read more

Update: This is my new favorite place. Wraps are delicious, especially the hot ones. I get the monster with no pico and extra chicken. The pump smoothie is really good, and I finally tried açaí for the first time. There was a lot in there so I couldn't tell you what it taste like-- yogurt maybe. Best of the best; if you want an acai bowl that's the perfect consistency and great tasting granola look no further; I recommend the Chronic. The staff is friendly outgoing and this place is spotless clean and welcoming. It sits on a corner and is super accessible for a quick healthy snack fix. They also have uber eats. read more

It's hit or miss around closing time. Early in the day it's ok but once it's closing time things always incorrect. We always order the build your own bowl. My daughter order her bowl. I never look at the order I only picked it up. For home it had all kinds of stuff she don't eat. We called the store the guy was so rude to her saying the store close. So she hung up. So I called back. I told him I know he close that's not the point. When they first open I was going twice a week. I stop going because every time I order they mess the order up. Tried 3Natives for the second time and it did not disappoint. Had the Tuna on a bagel and it was really good. Went back for a Chronic Açaí Bowl and it was so fresh. Service is fast and friendly. The restaurant is very comfortable to sit and enjoy your meal. Will definitely be going back. read more
