I have been to this location numerous times and never had an issue. Today was totally different. I walked in.. no one greeted me. 3 girls were up front and barely even turned around. I waited for about 2 minutes before someone finally turned around to take my order. No greeting .. she just stared until I began to talk and say my order. Sounds like others have dealt with this same lazy crew and management decides to do nothing about it because they are still employed. This occurred on March 14th 2025 at around 4:30-4:40 The staff there is highly argumentative and extremely rude to the point where being there is distasteful this women who gave us our drinks just put our drinks down so right afterwards I told her "thank you have a good day" and she told me "can you guys move your stuff" I was there with my little sister who is a child it's unfortunate that she had to witness all of this after that part though I told the women "I'm a paying customer don't talk to me like that" she proceeded to tell me that it was a "me problem if I was offended by what she said" and that "our drinks were in the way"referring to me & my sister beverage's but I was already in the process of grabbing our drinks what she said was rude and unnecessary her attitude was unbecoming and the cashier her name was Emilia or Amilia she said "I know her and she wouldn't say that" I felt attacked at that point because It was two against one I didn't ask what her relationship with the aggressor was so that information was irrelevant I just wanted her to be held accountable for her behavior when all I was being was polite and trying to have a good day with my little sister I asked for a manager & I was told that her name is Rose and that she was absent from the job that day I don't know how true that was but either way I just left after that I'll be calling the store for the manager tomorrow because there was no reason for me to be treated that way the women even raised her voice at me and calling me a "bitch"  her body language was very animated too moving her arms and hands while speaking to me and pointing at me all because I asked for a manager read more

Worst service and rudest staff I've ever experienced. Walked up to the counter and had to wait a good while because the girls were to concerned with gossiping to worry about their job. When she finally did come over, she said nothing. Just stood there staring. We have been to this location multiple times in the past and the service has been ok. The girls that were working there tonight shouldn't be working anywhere with customers though. They had extremely ugly, rude attitudes. If this location wants to last, I would consider re-staffing. Had an order pickup for 3:05 it's 3:51 and no food is ready. I've experienced poor customer service from every staff member especially Sophie! The manager finally arrived and was not sympathetic at all and they refused to cancel my order. Update to reply to below. I tried dealing with the manager and he was not helpful at all. Average smoothie establishment, the venue is open space, few tables to sit in, they offer hot sandwiches, wraps and fresh fruit. The line moves pretty quick, the Staff is quick and to the point. They offer a few signature flavors, I tried the sunset; it had pineapple, banana etc. the serving size was large and the price was around $5 bucks. Price seemed fair but I wasn't impressed! The smoothie wasn't epic, kind of blend, no intense flavors. I wouldn't run back to this place for a smoothie but it wasn't so terrible that I wouldn't try another flavor. read more

People who are eating there then need to listen to them talking loudly about who put their two weeks in and who came to work late. I have only been to this location twice because it honestly sucks. I love tropical smoothie! I am a loyal customer, I usually go to the one on PGA & Prosperity Farms, & the one Indiantown in Jupiter. HANDSDOWN the Jupiter one is so much better! I was here a year ago & my smoothie was ALL ice -_- it had no flavor at all so I avoided this Wellington location. But today I was craving a smoothie! So I came to this one & unfortunately it was the same as last time. Tasteless & had so much unblended chunks of bananas. I ordered online so that was a pro but the product was so bad. I also got a chicken pesto flatbread & it was BURNT! I threw it out, I wish I would've kept it so I could post a picture ): The best part of my $11 meal was the jalapeno kettle chips. This is the worst tropical smoothie I've ever been to. I walk in, both girls behind the counter look up at me and immediately drop their heads to continue talking with each other. I approach the counter and stand there for about 5 minutes til one of them acknowledges me. She finally turns around and says nothing, Just stare at me through my soul with absolutely no facial expressions. Not a "hi" or "hello", she just looks at me and U begin to order as it got pretty ackward for a second. She ask me if I want my smoothie and sandwich for there or to go, I tell her I'm eating it there. I get my smoothie, which was silently put up on The counter. I had I had to walk up and look at it to see if it was mine, as these girls can only talk to themselves. I take my smoothie and sit outside waiting on my wrap. After 20 minutes of sitting there and finishing my smoothie, I walk inside to see what the heck is taking so long. The girl behind the counter grabs a to-go bag with my wrap in it and puts it on the counter and walks away. I grab my wrap and take it out of the to-go bag and proceed to eat a cold wrap. This is a positive 3 star review. Went there many years ago and remember the owner not being flexible about something, a coupon or a curbside order, so was never going to return. However, Went back there because I was super parched and just needed a smoothie. Service was fine the drink was good and place was clean, so why not. I frequent many TSC locations. This one is decent. There is really nothing notably great. For not being a big place, the counter could be cleaner or maybe I go in between wipe downs which is very possible. The music was too loud today because myself & others had to raise our voices to order. I always approach the register with a "Hi, how are you?" But the cashiers have yet to say more than 'what can i get for you' if that. Again, they are not rude - just pretty lackluster. Overall, I walk in, get my smoothie (usually around early lunch time), & walk out. They are quick, I'll give them that (but how long does blending up fruit take? Lol not being disrespectful). Last 2 Detox Island Greens I've gotten have not had the added ginger (even when I asked to make sure this last time) which I missed. No biggie, I'll go back if I happen to be in the area but the PGA & Northlake locations have been better in my opinion. If you have a save around coupon book there are some great TSC values in there! I typically pay $5-8 per drink which I'm fine with because it is comparable to a far less healthy meal. read more

My daughter and I walked in at 7:15 (closed at 8:00). There was a guy at the cash register and a girl cleaning up. We were the only ones there and they were playing rap music. A few customers walked in after us and she still did not turn it off. She even told the guy not to turn off her music. She came over to our table and gave our food to us in a to-go bag (we were eating in) and said have a nice night and danced back to the kitchen. We had not received our smoothies. Meanwhile the explicit music continued to play on as we waited. The guy came over and gave us our smoothies and there was a bug on mine. It was very obvious and I went up and showed the girl. She said I guess I will make you another one. She threw it in the trash. The new one was completely tasteless, but at least bug free. I completely understand wanting to start cleaning up and getting ready to close, but you still offer customer service until you lock the doors. I hope that this is not the new playlist for TSC. If so, I know a couple of generations of customers that they just lost. There is a TSC not too far the other direction of my home. Tonight, my cousin and I decided to get a smoothie in this Tropical Smoothie Wellington store. I've been here before, and they treated me so well. However, tonight was different. We came like 5-10 minutes before 8P. We went straight to the counter and since there is still a woman before us, we went on the side and looked at the menu. After the lady put her order in, we were standing there waiting for someone to get our order. After waiting for a few minutes, one of the workers looked at us and said we can't order anymore because it's 8pm (in a loud and rude manner) I asked again if we can't order anymore and the guy just slammed whatever he was holding on the counter and walked away. The other one just acted like he didn't hear anything. Very bad attitude and service. He could have told us nicely and we would have understood, but his tone and attitude was really rude and annoying. Imagine he did it infront of other customer. I hope this review will help, and someone can do something about this. They should not allow immature "BOYS" to work. Most especially who doesn't know customer service. What a shame.
