When I told the barista that we had ordered iced drinks, her response was, "That doesn't say iced on the receipt," instead of apologizing or trying to understand what happened. I had placed my order directly at the counter, so the order was entered incorrectly. Finally, instead of the cup of ice I requested for my Poppi, I was given a cup of ice water. I understand that mistakes happen, especially during busy times. What was most disappointing was the lack of friendliness and the dismissive response when the mistakes were pointed out.
