Slow service Burnt coffee No option for small sizes Over priced! Unable to use dunkin donuts app I went there twice. Once I ordered a small coffee but they did not carry that size. I tried using my Dunkin Donuts app, and they said it was not supported. The second time I ordered a latte and it cost me $5. It was also burnt in flavor. Like others have said, the service is too slow to go back and ask for another one. Who do they think they are? Starbucks! Only good thing is that it's clean. read more

Dunkin' - a line of people waiting in line at a dunkin donuts store - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Aberdeen, Maryland

I grew up in New England. My veins have been full of DD coffee for as long as I can remember. I have a soft spot for Dunkin Donuts, and it's really hard for me to admit that I dislike a location. This place was bloody terrible. Line was ridiculous, with only one person working the register. Service was incredibly slow. Floor behind and horizontal surfaces behind the counter were filthy with spilled coffee, dropped food, napkins, stirrers, etc. When I placed my order, the cashier almost keyed in the wrong thing, until I questioned why she had asked whether I wanted cream and sugar for my bagels. She was terse, and didn't seem to enjoy her job. When my food arrived, one bagel was in decent shape, the other was burnt to a crisp. One bagel was absolutely suffocating in cream cheese, while the burnt one just had a little cream cheese tub accompanying it in the bag. How hard is it, really? None of the product is actually MADE on site. The only work required is to warm it and serve it. I didn't even order any coffee. Maybe I'm disproportionately upset about this. I just don't see how something so simple can be executed so poorly. read more

Does not accept order on the go. You must wait online you have no choice. So slow. Every person that orders seems to have an issue. There's maybe five ppl ahead of me but I'm on line for 20 minutes. My turn finally. I order I give my phone for the apps she refuses. I'm confused as it's not a gas station DD it's a real store. She has to explain that they don't accept the app. I realize why the line takes so long. Everyone tried to pay via the app and she had to explain one by one they won't accept it. I ask can they put a sign up or something. She shrugs her shoulders read more

My husband and I stopped here en route to NJ and the coffee was the worst we have ever gotten from Dunkin. It was completely watered down and disgusting. I would recommend getting your coffee fix somewhere else. read more

4/17/2017 2:40pm. The most poorly run Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. With over thirty people on line and at least seven employees and two managers I still waited on line for over twenty minutes at this I 95 rest stop. There was only one cashier. She and the one guy preparing the coffees seemed to be the only ones working. The manager finally put another person on register who promptly took a phone call from his cell and went to the side to chat. Another manager started to shout his name for him to return and he ignored her. When it was my turn he had returned to tell me that they didn't have caramel lattes. This place has terrible customer service. People are desperate for coffee when they are at a rest stop. The people that work at this Dunkin' Donuts don't care. Next time I'll go to Starbucks. read more

Slow and unprofessional customer service. Only gave my friend 2 princes and the snackin bacon. Also, there weren't many customers and we still had to wait a substantial amount of time for our food read more

I'm always excited to stop at Dunkin' Donuts except for this visit to this location customer service was terrible extremely rude disrespectful. Sad to see the youngest person between them seemed racist. Wouldn't even look me in the eye when I talk to her and greeted her. I tried asking a question and she looked past me and said next. read more

Dunkin' - customers in a dunkin donuts store - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Aberdeen, Maryland

Long line, beverages were not up to store standards, and food took forever. On top of that, staff were not very friendly and completely got my name wrong. Horrible experience, good luck if you go here. read more

Stopped while traveling for Christmas. We were so hungry for breakfast and looking forward to it. Ordered bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel- it was quite possibly the most disappointing exchange of currency for a consumable product I've ever experienced in my life. The sandwich was $6 and was inedible. Just disgusting- avoid this location. read more

Avoid. Save yourself the long line, disinterested cashiers, and slow service and get a coffee at the Sunshine Market next door.

This is my second visit here and 2/2 times it has been horrible! I will never be returning to this location! The first time I visited this location it was very early and stood in line for 25 minutes. Then I learned ticket times for sandwiches was over 40 minutes which I wish I knew before I ordered my food... I always like to giving locations a second chance, so today was that day. Once again horrible service! Waited in line for 10 minutes which was a huge improvement, to be cut off in line by a group of 3 people who walked up from the exit area and was served by the cashier. I was infuriated and they took 5 minutes to order. They only had one register open too which was ridiculous. Steer clear of this DD location! Side note: They don't participate in the DD Perks Program... read more

Two people in line with me, they still couldn't figure out my order. Staff don't speak loud enough that you can hear them and get irritated when you ask them to repeat. So frustrating to get back on the road for weary travelers having a completely wrong order No napkins and cold sandwich. read more

Late night drive stopped here around midnight and was an awful experience. I ordered and it was a nasty tasting cold brew. Took a sip and spit it out. Asked them to replace it with iced coffee and it was not as bad, but still had a bad taste to it. This place is a total pass. Think they have tap water that is not filtered or something because it is disgusting! read more

Absolutely terrible. Ordered two drinks and a sandwich. One drink and the sandwich came out in a few minutes, and we thought we would be on our way shortly, nope! Waited 15 minutes as they put out drink after drink, and it was impossible to get their attention. Finally someone asked what we were waiting on, after that still another 5 minutes to get the drink. Never again. Both drinks were absolutely terrible. read more

This place knows they have you between a rock and a hard place when visiting a rest area. So, they don't allow you to use any Dunkin promotions, gift cards, or the app. Awful!!! Their "cash only" line is suspect, too. Rude people, slow service. read more

The worst I've ever experienced. Driving through on a bus tour so time was limited. Up to order and find they have no medium or large iced drink cups and when I inquired about iced green tea, which is clearly on the menu, they don't have that either. Had to ask where sandwich was after 10 minutes only to receive a horribly stale bagel, sprinkle of bacon and rubbery cheese. Couldn't have lowered my expectations any more and I got what I expected. Never ever will I patronize any of these stores anywhere in US again. read more

Donuts just not very good - so early but not fluffy fresh. Is it just that Dunkins are not as good as they used to be? Coffee cold.

Needs a zero rating. STALE DONUTS at 11am on Saturday morning. They tasted like they were made Friday am. Suckitude. Go buy a pack of Hostess if you are on the road and need a donut fix. read more

It was a huge disappointment since DD card was not able be accepted by apps and manually for payment method.

This is the slowest business in North America. The Institute for slow and stupid people must use this Dunkin as a training site. Seriously slow service by people who are pissed off to be here. Horrible in every way. read more

Wow. 20 minutes to get 2 coffees with 4 people behind the counter. There were maybe 12 people in line ahead of me at 330 when I arrived. This line moved slower than anything I've ever seen. One cashier, literally marking checkboxes of what you want in your coffee and taking money. Then one guy just standing there, waiting for the cashier to hand him a cup. Another guy staring at the coffee pots and some other lady doing I don't know what. Then the real kicker, an older lady who I assume is a manger goes back behind the counter, and orders a dozen donuts. WHILE there's a crazy long line. She didn't even help out this massive line. So disorganized and inefficient. I was telling people on the way out that the wait for coffee is NOT worth it. Gosh. Thank goodness I don't have to come here often. Worst ever. Plus for 2 coffees and a bottle of water it was $10. What a rip off. read more

This place is the Pits!!! If your road tripping early morning and they have a line.... GOOD LUCK!!! The food is ok

The best coffee joes you can find along with a dozen donuts. They have great sandwiches as well

I would give it zero stars, if possible. Trying to order a donut to go was a nightmare. It's social hour the entire time for the cashiers, customers are a bother and taking an order is totally inconvenient to them (they have to talk about the party they are going to this weekend or how wasted they are going to get!!). And then when you go to the second counter to wait for your order, the staff informs you "we are out of what you want so...." So??! Why don't you tell me that in the first place? They pulled the exact same thing to the other person waiting in line with me. Staff massively lacks common sense and training. read more

Pretty sad for a DD. It's a rest stop so expectations not too high. Stopped for a coffee to help with the rest of our trip but wanted a little something different than straight black joe. Ordered a cappuccino and macchiato. Should have ordered the black coffee because that's all they were black coffee with a little foamed milk. read more

I have stopped at the Maryland House several times over the years. When a Dunkin Donuts was added to this location, I was more than thrilled that I would be able to get a good cup of coffee without getting off the highway. Well, much to my disappointment this is far from the truth. I have tried several times to get coffee from here and have been not happy every time. Asked for Carmel Iced Coffee with just cream and sugar and basically received a cup of cream with no coffee flavor at all or a cup loaded with sugar, both undrinkable. I have also ordered coffee which I take black, (not much you can mess up there), WRONG! The coffee has been burnt more than once and also cold. When it's 2am and all you would like is a good cup of coffee to continue on your trip, this is NOT the place to stop. Also, donuts and bagels are hard, and the service is just as bad as their products! Epic Fail!! read more

Consistently the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have been to. I often travel along this stretch of 95' and have stopped over at this rest stop. The coffee always seems to taste bitter and has a sludge like consistency. The service is slow and the workers seems incompetent (no offense). It is my understanding this branch is run by a third party and not an actual owner, which may be part of the overwhelming amount of bad reviews. read more

Awful. They need a Starbucks here to waken them up. Line winds around the food court. One person for orders. One to make coffee. Wake up.

Most dysfunctional Dunkin donuts I've ever seen. I watched Almost every single order come out wrong. Employees behind the counter, two working and the rest just standing around. Exceptionally slow. Waited 20 minutes or so for a cup of coffee and a ham egg and cheese.

This is the most (geographically) convenient Dunkin Donuts on my commute every morning, and while I know the service is usually somewhat slow, and it is massively overpriced (my small iced French vanilla coffee was $3...), today was exceptionally bad. I waited in a reasonable line for 25 minutes, there were three young ladies working and none seemed to have any desire to be there. Once I finally ordered, my coffee came out in about 3 minutes, but they forgot to make my breakfast sandwich. I waited another 20 minutes for that. This location needs a serious overhaul in management. read more

Im really disappointed with the service here. Im also doing service bussiness, but this is the first time i extremely get angry. I was on a long line to wait for buying a coffee and then, the lady who was at the cashier on october 2nd at 4 p:m was so rude to me. I ordered a coffee with large size, but she didnt hear me. She asked me 4 times and then show contempt for me. Even the way she asked me was so rude. These workers like her will make a bad influence on your brand. I highly recommend the manager to consider about the service here read more
