We unfortunately had some flight delays and got here extremely late,…read morebut I was able to call the hotel and let them know ahead of time so when we got in in the middle of the night, the staff was so friendly and had everything ready for us. The room is pretty standard, spacious, and a comfortable bed. No frills. The exterior of the hotel is cute with some flowers and parking is just right outside. We chose not to utilize the pool/hot tub but at a glance, could use an update. The complimentary breakfast has various continental hot and cold items like bagels, waffle maker, eggs, sausage and yogurt. There is also a table of snacks and water you can take with you for your day of adventures which I loved! I would stay here again as a good middle area to venture around Olympic National Park!

Decent experience but can't give 5 stars. First off, staff must not talk to each other. We had…read moreflight cancellation/delays and that caused us to push the dates back a few days. Whoever took the call said it was no problem we won't charge you since it's weather related. Next thing you know by the end of the trip, they double charged. We spoke to the front desk who said he will adjust with the manager. Apparently they gave us a credit back but was still charged the first night we didn't show up. I understand it could be policy but feel like there was no sympathy there. Corporate America at its finest. Hotel prices are a bit steep and it's not even a Sheraton. They offer a lot of snacks but breakfast was subpar. And there was a lady that didn't seem like she wanted to work there.

My husband handled the booking, so I can't speak to that, but Dwight (the owner) gave us a thorough rundown of the area and gave us some great suggestions for food and hiking when we checked in - no need to spend time researching! ROOM - We stayed in the Creekside room which was fabulous! So spacious, double sinks and shower heads, inviting fireplace and comfortable bed. What more could you ask for?? BREAKFAST - No continental breakfast crap here! How about a 5 star breakfast instead? So filling and tasty with veggies and fruit. You will not leave for a hike crashing. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Our Dragonfly Suite had a nice outdoor area that faced the forest, great for summer evenings. Cozy, comfortable, and luxurious accommodations for sure. We arranged to bring our dog and this was such a perfect place. There was so much acreage to roam around and explore, which made it fun for our big dog and us as well. LML is a truly special place. And the breakfasts--wow. Chef-prepared food with local ingredients. This was a bit of a splurge but I don't think we'll want to stay anywhere else while we're on the peninsula.

They have several units to choose from, but we chose the "Perch", which was the largest. It didn't disappoint! We didn't even use half the space! Currently, check-in is anytime after 2:00pm. We checked ourselves in and upon entering, found a spacious "home"! Divided by a set of stairs, there is a murphy bed (sleeps 2), bath & shower, dining area and full kitchen to the left. On the dining table was a lovely note addressed to us by the hosts Craig & Michelle, accompanied by a bottle of wine and a bowl of granola bars. Then, in the refrigerator, there was a nicely adjourned box nestled with yogurts, orange juice, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, a small bottle of Prosecco (for mimosas) and chocolate! We turned around and on the kitchen counter was a plate of local pastries! In the room on the other side of the stairs is another bedroom (sleeping 2-3), king bed, full bath and sitting area with coffee maker and coffee pods. Downstairs by the front door is a living room with TV, comfy couch & chair, wet bar, small fridge and washer/dryer! As everyone knows, with a home or business, there will always be times of repair and/or construction. Currently, the upper deck is being repaired, so we weren't able to take advantage of that. Instead, we took a long walk along the water, watched the eagles soar overhead, waved at people passing by and enjoyed the fresh sea air! Eating at local restaurants is always a plus and enjoying wine in the evenings watching the sun lower gently on the horizon out of sight made this trip, along with our fabulous hosts, Craig & Michelle, all worthwhile. Thank you for making our local getaway a special one!

Unit was clean, nicely appointed, and as a bonus had a great TV lounge and private patio outside in the backyard (great for happy hours).
