My son, is a heathen, he had ketchup and mustard on his red hot dog. He was blown away. The crisp casing, the off the grill heat, and super flavor made his afternoon. I think his name is Tom and he is a hoot to talk to while he's grilling your dogs. It was a neat break to have a dog and chat with this guy as a storm was threatening.
