He was the only one that returned my call promptly and provided me with all the information that I needed. I knew immediately that I would sign up for the 1:1 sessions. Dwight is so professional, knowledgable and reliable. In my first session, I learned so much about safety and how to properly handle my gun and we shot!! I had never shot a gun before and I felt very comfortable with his instruction and guidance. Fast forward 3 months and I am still taking 1:1 sessions with Dwight. I want to be as comfortable and confident with my gun and Dwight really provides me with that. We do several drills, it changes every week, and I always leave with new information. I took the CCW course with Dwight as well and continued with the 1:1 sessions for self defense training. As a woman, I highly recommend others to take the 1:1 sessions. It can be tailored to the areas you want to grow in. Believe me, YOU WILL FEEL COMFORTABLE with your gun after training with Dwight. This man is the real deal and knows his craft. Also, the range we use is very comfortable and the members are very friendly. During our sessions, they often come and give advice on so many things. Highly recommended. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed and you will learn and grow with Dwight.

Yet with all his accomplishments he admits that he's still learning and to me, that is the first and finest quality of a good teacher. A teacher that learns. I know, because I have the same quality with my own profession. It's so rare these days. He is patient beyond belief. I've screwed up so many times with the same darn habit that if I had been my own teacher I would have screamed already. And he doesn't miss a thing. His sharp eyes go from here to there and notices all the little things that might - or rather will - save your life someday. Or maybe just not ruin it. So easy to do with a loaded firearm. And he doesn't just chide. He explains the how and why and when and where. And to me, that's important. It makes me aim straighter at greater distances and that is the ultimate goal - pun intended. I will continue to learn and Dwight will continue to teach. When the student was ready the teacher appeared. And visa versa, of course! I wish I could attach a photo but apparently photography is not allowed on the range. Dr. V

I could've been contacted phone or email and I cannot believe that this happened to me. I highly don't recommend anyone doing any business with shoot New Jersey. Terrible customer service and business practices **Update to shoot N.J. comment. Completely untrue on how things transpired. Not accurate at all. It's note my fault that the company had a faulty and unreliable website with in accurate information. It's funny on how the day that I arrived to Ft Dix a worker there told me that this happens with OFTEN with Shoot NJ . He was not surprised. Also, Dawn with shoot N.J. Anticipated people coming to that cancelled class and instructed two men that also work for Fort Dix to tell Anyone that would show up that the camp class was canceled and postponed till the next day. When I spoke to Dawn on the phone she herself admitted to me that she was there that morning leaving at 8:20am to make sure to address anyone who would be coming to that class that was canceled. So if there was no problem in your scheduling why Was she there and instructed workers that were there to give that sort of information out to anyone who would show up.So all of the information that you have posted is not accurate to what happened. I hope that in the future you tell your customers the truth and disclose all information. I know when I scheduled my class online it reflected the same date that my friend signed up for as well. Don't try to cover up something that you know went terribly wrong with your company. If you own a company I would hope that you would keep your customers happy and work out something to keep them happy. Under the circumstances was not offered a refund or even a reschedule date. What I am more upset about is the principal about how this was all handled. Apparently the company is so money hungry that they can't give it back it's customer $175 refund. Very sad. Also how much does a manual actually cost I don't think it cost anywhere near $30 and a certificate you probably just print out from some computer in the office, you can put that one passed me. Food is probably just catered from a local food company and you always have extra. I know how your class runs I've known about it before so don't tell me that you spend all this money and preparation for me to show up to the class because in actuality you made money on me by "no show" . Don't try to re-iterate your policy it's not about your policy it's about the fact that your website had the incorrect date on it when I registered. It's funny how when I mentioned it to Dawn on the phone she would stay very quiet, that to me shows me that she knew something was going wrong on the website. And by the way this is not an alias this is just my nickname that I go by, I have nothing to hide. Public beware.

I enrolled in their online introduction to lymphatic therapy course, pay the course fee, and completed the course. Liz Rivas, the program director sent me an email message to complete course evaluation in order to get my certificate of completion. I did what she asked for and guess what, she is MIA. I tried to be very understanding that we are all very busy with our life, so I waited. A week after, I send her another message to follow up, still NO response. It's been three weeks now and still no certificate. I am not a pushy person. If the school will not provide the certificate, that is absolutely fine, but do not advertise in your website that certificate will be given after completion of the course OR do not send me message that a certificate will be provided after completing the course evaluation. The only thing that I'm grateful for is that I only spend $250 for this online course and not the thousands of dollars. I will absolutely go with ACOLS or Klose training next time.

In addition, i anticipate reporting them to the FTC and the BBB. As the gal above me wrote - don't waste your time with them. I initiated contact three weeks before my scheduled training as a serious family emergency came up and I requested a refund for the tuition I had paid. This was October of 2021. Then until now, have been a lot of follow up email attempts to no avail, phone attempts where it is difficult to get ahold of anyone, with both Norton and one particular employee probably assigned these responsibilities. I paid for my remaining tuition as soon as I was notified I was awarded a partial scholarship. This was a big mistake, as once you do, they send over "material" (a ten page document and the pdf version of a textbook) via email. Thus, because I was emailed these "materials", (and not the actual physical version since they were not in stock apparently) 650 dollars was non refundable, in addition to the standard 250 non refundable fee. Of the 1600 I paid, I'm STILL waiting to get the 950 back. Should I reconsider taking my certification down the line, it will DEFINITELY not be with them. They "offered" full value of what I paid should I decide to attend a future training, but I absolutely refuse and at this point, accept that loss of 650 so I can just move on (if they ever refund my money).
