The first officer went through how to load and shoot the Glock 101 and all the safety protocols for the range. Both my friend and I had not been to the range in years and need a refresher course. It seems Henry has grown too successful where customer service is no longer a priority. I'm downgrading their rating again from three stars to one star, because that is the lowest grade you can give them.
