My primary concern involves ROC Training. While the instructors themselves are knowledgeable and capable, the overall structure feels excessively focused on generating additional revenue. During classes, there are frequent attempts at upselling, including solicitations from insurance representatives during breaks. Furthermore, certain courses such as those related to concealed carry in constitutional carry states do not appear sufficient on their own, requiring attendees to enroll in additional classes at further expense in order to meet application requirements. This lack of clarity and continuity can be frustrating for participants. Ultimately, I chose to cancel my membership due to these concerns. In my view, the overall experience reflects a pricing model that prioritizes incremental charges over transparency and member value.
