He knew it was my first time driving and made the experience feel safe and encouraging. On my third lesson, I was assigned an instructor named Johnny. From the start, he was aggressive sharply pointing out my mistakes and yelling when I had trouble changing gears. He kept telling me to go over the speed limit, even though there was a car very close in front of me, which felt unsafe. He also told me to keep looking up, but that made it difficult to see the speedometer, which only added to my stress. He would playfully punch my arm during the lesson, but it didn't feel appropriate and came across as unprofessional. Because of this experience, I didn't feel comfortable or supported during the lesson. It made me realize how important it is to have an instructor who is calm, respectful, and professional, especially when you're just starting out. If you decide to go through this driving school, I highly recommend asking for Tom and not Johnny!!

Employees are very rude and their lessons contradict each other. They were extremely impatient, and…read moredefinitely should not be teaching with that attitude. However, my son did pass the driving test with their 1 hour review. Not worth the money. I hope they retrain their employees to have some customer service or at least know how to drive properly!

My son Matthew was diagnosed with Auditory Precessing Disorder at the end of 2nd grade, in 3rd…read moregrade he got an IEP. The IEP helped but it still wasn't enough. I finally found Ms. Bette when Matthew was in the 4th grade and she has made a profound difference in Matthew's ability to learn and comprehend. And now in 8th grade he made the Honor Roll. I'm so proud of him! There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Ms. Bette. So for now, a simple, Thank You!

The world is cruel to those who are unable to communicate. Most people rely on being able to speak…read moreso heavily that the thought of not having that ability is unfathomable to them. Communication is an essential part of what makes us successful as human beings. Imagine, then, the shock a parent must feel when they learn that their baby has a learning disability; when they learn that their son or daughter was born with a birth defect, or suffers complications from trauma in the womb. Imagine seeing the future of that child evaporating as each day passes where traditional special education leaves little impact. Imagine how helpless you would feel as your child is unable to learn. Mrs. DeFusco has a gift -- not simply a gift of teaching, but a gift of learning. When she meets with her students, she doesn't relegate herself to merely assigning exercises and delivering scores, she studies the behavior of her students. She looks for the patterns of engagement. She identifies enthusiasm and cooperation in whatever way the child manifests it, and when she discovers the key to their incentive it becomes the force behind her sessions. Mrs. DeFusco is not an impartial educator; her tenacity, patience, and warmth, combined with the investment she collects from the parent, are the foundation of raising a savant. I was a student of Mrs. Bette almost thirty years ago. She is, without a single doubt, the person responsible for giving me the tools to begin the path of learning. Because of her brilliant skill and my parents' devotion to my progress, I have gone on to graduate college in the field of my passion, graphic design. My words have been published by the Huffington Post and my art has been published in books on digital design. I am an award-winning trainer, tutoring thousands of people during my eight years working for Apple, and have led public speaking events. I am happily married to the love of my life and enjoy the professional enrichment of my work as an administrator for Princeton University. This is the mark of success: the feeling that I have made it to a place of contentment and prosperity, none of which would have been possible to achieve had it not been for the afternoons I spent with Mrs. Bette.
