I cannot even begin to say how amazing this driving school and Dennis are. As a working adult, I needed a school that had weekend hours. Also as someone from NY and never having been behind the wheel, Dennis made me feel at ease. He is SO patient and he gives you great tips. I don't think I would've passed without the lessons with Dennis. Mike took me to my road test and I also had a refresher course with him and he also calmed me down and gave me great tips. Highly recommend this driving school. From my initial conversation with Melissa I felt very comfortable I chose the right driving school for my child. Melissa explained the entire process and I registered my child for the 6 hour course. The instructor (Dennis) was outstanding and so patient during all of the sessions. After each session he explained areas that needed a bit more work. He also picked my child up the day of the road test, put in an extra hour of training before the test. PASSED on the first attempt. I highly recommend using All Over Driving School and requesting Dennis as the driving instructor. My daughter was terrified to drive and after her first lesson couldn't wait for the next one. They are very responsive and organized and made everything so easy from the written test to driving test. They are a little more expensive than some others, but worth it! read more

Terrible experience for a young girl with anxiety. My daughter had an instructor named Dave who was rude, impatient, and nasty. My daughter came home sobbing after her first lesson. I do not know of the other instructors but I know that Dave was insensitive & degrading. read more

This school is great. Staff is professional eager to assist and my young driver NEVER felt like she was being spoken down to. We called them in a pinch because the school we were using basically cut us off after she failed and didn't want to help her with rescheduling her exam. The were very accommodating and actually booked the appointment - the other school told us they would not because they've got too many things to do and don't want to get on the phone with the DMV. read more

Written by my 16 year old daughter with her driving permit from this school: Don't get me wrong, this school was great. I had 5 and a half hours and really integrating myself into this new world of driving and it was great. I had Mike as an instructor, He was patient and calm and really helped me learn the basics. Sadly though not all 6 hours were as great as the ones with Mike. For my second lesson I started out with a guy named Gary. I almost didn't wanna get back in the car. I'm not a crybaby or anything but after a half hour I stopped the car on a side road, put it in park, and told him to drive me home. He was insufferable. He was impatient, rude, and coming from someone who deals from panic attacks, he was outright scary. Take my word for it- if you walk to the car all ready to learn how to drive and you see a large guy with a white beard and a i-hold-hold-the-safety-bar-above-the-window face, I beg of you, go back inside. Driving can wait.Gary, if you're reading this, thanks for being a baby and refusing to let me have 6 full hours because I took up a half hour of your time. Oh, and next time a small girl cries in the car after a half hour of a driving lesson, try telling the school you work for that you didn't work that full 2 hours. this driving school really is great, specially for someone who is very scared of driving. Dennis is my driving instructor and I would only recommend him, he makes you feel comfortable, safe, he's clam & never yells at you. He makes driving fun. The hour class I have with him passes so fast I want to drive more. This past Sunday I had a new driver which nobody informed me that Dennis wouldn't be my instructor I got constant notifications that he would be my teacher this Sunday. I ended up with Gary & he was just awful, I need a booster seat he didn't have it, he barely gave directions, and was just mean to be with. He didn't make me feel comfortable he kinda just told me everything wrong I was doing. Horrible time. read more

I got Mike for my brush-up lesson and road test service. He provided me with lots of tips and tricks on how to drive properly and pass the road test. He kept reminding me what to do and he's very patient. And I just passed my road test. Great driving scool. Professional staff. Awesome service. read more

I wouldn't use this school. My son got much better instruction from me than he got from them. I also found the owner to be dishonest. He sold my son a car that was not in the condition he said it would be, and refused to make good. I would never patronize a business that is dishonest in its dealings. read more

Thank you to all over driving school for their persistence on planning and great instruction. When going into the office to schedule my lessons both Stephanie and Dave made the process informative and easy. It was decided that 3 days of 2 hour lessons would be the most beneficial, which both Stephanie and Dave recommend! Two out of those three days I was instructed by Dennis. He made me feel comfortable behind the wheel, through our practice on the road and techniques in parallel parking, k turns and etc. His approach to instruction impacted my learning experience greatly, so much that I passed my road test. Great driving school, so my review is not for the driving school itself. My Mom scheduled the initial three two-hour sessions in order for me to get experience behind-the-wheel before my road test. I believe it was Stephanie who she spoke to, and Stephanie told my Mom that they deal with anxious people all the time. The office was super nice when I had to reschedule. No issues there. My driving instructor for the first two two-hour lessons was Jodi, and I would not recommend her. To be fair, it was raining during my first lesson, and Jodi suggested that (instead of giving me the full two hour lesson that day) that we only drive for an hour. She suggested that I call All Over to reschedule the last hour that we didn't use. I did reschedule which was fine. Jodi was very unprofessional and talked down to me like she was the superior driver. I suffer from severe permanent anxiety and driving is not easy for me so I really needed someone who was patient. She kept grabbing the wheel every five minutes and when I was driving in my high school parking lot for practice she was looking at her phone often which I didn't appreciate. I feel that when you're driving with a 'new' driver that your full attention should be on them, what they are doing, and not on your phone. She took me around the high school and we did some local neighborhood driving, nothing major. There are just some people who are meant to be instructors, and Jodi wasn't one of them in my honest experience with her. However, on the third day, today, I was supposed to drive with a guy named Dennis. He was totally professional, got out of the car so that I could get into the driver's seat and made sure that I was comfortable before we started driving. We drove on a very busy road and he definitely put my mind at ease about everything, from cars on the road to better learning how to turn and stop. We drove up to my Mom's old high school where they have a driving course for cars and he even showed me how to parallel park by actually getting out of the car with me and placing the cones in the arrangement that they are supposed to be in with flags on top so that I could see how far I had to pull up. He didn't try to put me down because of my anxiety or grab the wheel multiple times. He was totally respectful. He even got out of the car after I parallel parked and measured the distance from the car to the curb. He went way above and beyond the expectations. We practiced 'K'-turning, and he gave me encouragement when I did something well. Also, you'll get driving reminders via text, or in my case, via my email address when it nears your appointment date, which is handy. Overall I'm very happy with my experience using this driving school. I just wish I had Dennis from the beginning. In my dealings with the office they are always very respectful and you can tell that they take their jobs seriously. Try to get Dennis for the lessons, but apparently he books up quickly. read more

One of the instructors left my daughter in tears - not a great experience for a new inexperienced driver. When I called the owner to discuss this, he left a voicemail saying that all their instructors are trained in the same way and my daughter needed the "correction" regarding "bad habits she developed." Since her only experience driving was the 4 hours previously with this school, she could only have developed these habits with them. I expected better service and a better reaction to my complaints. I will be signing up for driving lessons with a different school for her and would not recommend this place. Which is unfortunate because one of the other teachers she had was really nice. read more
