Employees are very rude and their lessons contradict each other. They were extremely impatient, and…read moredefinitely should not be teaching with that attitude. However, my son did pass the driving test with their 1 hour review. Not worth the money. I hope they retrain their employees to have some customer service or at least know how to drive properly!

For my first two driving lessons, I had an instructor named Tom. He was very patient, never raised…read morehis voice, and always spoke in a calm and understanding way. He knew it was my first time driving and made the experience feel safe and encouraging. On my third lesson, I was assigned an instructor named Johnny. From the start, he was aggressive sharply pointing out my mistakes and yelling when I had trouble changing gears. He kept telling me to go over the speed limit, even though there was a car very close in front of me, which felt unsafe. He also told me to keep looking up, but that made it difficult to see the speedometer, which only added to my stress. He would playfully punch my arm during the lesson, but it didn't feel appropriate and came across as unprofessional. Because of this experience, I didn't feel comfortable or supported during the lesson. It made me realize how important it is to have an instructor who is calm, respectful, and professional, especially when you're just starting out. If you decide to go through this driving school, I highly recommend asking for Tom and not Johnny!!

Scheduled one of my son's lessons where they picked my son up from school, but she said they don't let the kids drive out of that school because of the dangerous traffic patterns, so lesson will start in development down the street from the school. I loved that they had that knowledge. They were also happy to give one more lesson just before my daughter's test to give her a brush-up on parallel parking.

Terrible experience with this driving school. The instructor they sent over was extremely rude,…read moreimpatient and should never be tasked with instructing anyone's nervous teen driver. He would tell her things like "what don't you understand?", "how many times do I have to tell you this?", "I don't know what to do with you?" These are literally things he said repeatedly to her during the six hours she spent with him. I should mention that he had an extremely thick accent and much of the time she couldn't understand what he was yelling at her and if she asked for clarification, he became angrier. She would come home in tears and and discouraged. The second day she came home with a bloody knuckle from when he grabbed the wheel. While I understand it was accidental and he was trying to avoid an accident, a simple "sorry" or "are you ok?" would have been nice. We are now going to pay for extra lessons with another (calmer, more patient) instructor before her driving test. It was a waste of money and unnecessary aggravation. Speaking to the owner of as also pointless. She was apathetic and unapologetic.
