Terrible experience with this driving school. The instructor they sent over was extremely rude,…read moreimpatient and should never be tasked with instructing anyone's nervous teen driver. He would tell her things like "what don't you understand?", "how many times do I have to tell you this?", "I don't know what to do with you?" These are literally things he said repeatedly to her during the six hours she spent with him. I should mention that he had an extremely thick accent and much of the time she couldn't understand what he was yelling at her and if she asked for clarification, he became angrier. She would come home in tears and and discouraged. The second day she came home with a bloody knuckle from when he grabbed the wheel. While I understand it was accidental and he was trying to avoid an accident, a simple "sorry" or "are you ok?" would have been nice. We are now going to pay for extra lessons with another (calmer, more patient) instructor before her driving test. It was a waste of money and unnecessary aggravation. Speaking to the owner of as also pointless. She was apathetic and unapologetic.

Our experience has been defined by the following inexcusable issues: * Extensive Delays: It took over two months from the date of payment just to schedule the initial lesson. * Chronic Unreliability: Lessons were cancelled repeatedly by your instructor. Furthermore, when we attempted to seek clarification, our phone calls and text messages went unreturned for days at a time. * Lack of Consistency: Lesson times were changed frequently at the last minute, and sessions were shortened on the spur of the moment without prior notice or valid justification. * Disregard for Student Commitment: My granddaughter is a busy student who continually rearranged her schedule to ensure she was available whenever the instructor claimed to be free. Despite her flexibility and cooperation, your school, Pam, failed to uphold her end of the arrangement * Failure to Execute: It took an astounding six weeks to complete a mere six hours of driving instruction.

I had talked to Mike Nausedas about me sending him checks once per month to cover the cost of the lessons and driving test.I sent three checks to cover 18 hours of lessons and the road test fee and my Granddaughter only took 6 hours of driving lessons and her permit expired. After numerous attempts to contact my Granddaughter with no luck. I Emailed Michael to get a refund for the hours of lessons not used on September 6th. Michael told me in an Email "no problem I'll figure it out". I sent another Email to Mike with checks #s and dates and amounts that I paid and received no response. It is now 9/23/23 and I don't even know if Mike still works there or the company is still viable. I'm very surprised by this non response as Mike and Patty were working with me as to my Granddaughter's driving lessons.

I cannot in good conscience rate any higher, because to put it simply, the instructor is a piece of work. It's hard to drive well when you're forced to listen to a bitter woman talk about some downright bigoted garbage for two hours straight. I'm white, so maybe she'd thought I would be on her side when she talked down to every other race. And she had the nerve to say she wasn't racist during my last session. It was exhausting, I was dreading every lesson after the first one. She loves the sound of her own voice, I would try to make conversation and she would just steer the topic back to herself and her story and her awful opinions. Even if I did happen to agree with her views, it's unprofessional how much she tried to talk politics with me. Well, talk politics at me, not with me. Request her son if you really want to go here, I have heard he's nothing like her and is actually pleasant to be around.
