I had talked to Mike Nausedas about me sending him checks once per month to cover the cost of the lessons and driving test.I sent three checks to cover 18 hours of lessons and the road test fee and my Granddaughter only took 6 hours of driving lessons and her permit expired. After numerous attempts to contact my Granddaughter with no luck. I Emailed Michael to get a refund for the hours of lessons not used on September 6th. Michael told me in an Email "no problem I'll figure it out". I sent another Email to Mike with checks #s and dates and amounts that I paid and received no response. It is now 9/23/23 and I don't even know if Mike still works there or the company is still viable. I'm very surprised by this non response as Mike and Patty were working with me as to my Granddaughter's driving lessons.

Furthermore, when we attempted to seek clarification, our phone calls and text messages went unreturned for days at a time. * Lack of Consistency: Lesson times were changed frequently at the last minute, and sessions were shortened on the spur of the moment without prior notice or valid justification. * Disregard for Student Commitment: My granddaughter is a busy student who continually rearranged her schedule to ensure she was available whenever the instructor claimed to be free. A safety course should focus on building confidence, not bullying beginners. Save your money and go somewhere else that actually respects paying students and knows how to teach.
