I had talked to Mike Nausedas about me sending him checks once per month to cover the cost of the lessons and driving test.I sent three checks to cover 18 hours of lessons and the road test fee and my Granddaughter only took 6 hours of driving lessons and her permit expired. After numerous attempts to contact my Granddaughter with no luck. I Emailed Michael to get a refund for the hours of lessons not used on September 6th. Michael told me in an Email "no problem I'll figure it out". I sent another Email to Mike with checks #s and dates and amounts that I paid and received no response. It is now 9/23/23 and I don't even know if Mike still works there or the company is still viable. I'm very surprised by this non response as Mike and Patty were working with me as to my Granddaughter's driving lessons.

Furthermore, when we attempted to seek clarification, our phone calls and text messages went unreturned for days at a time. * Lack of Consistency: Lesson times were changed frequently at the last minute, and sessions were shortened on the spur of the moment without prior notice or valid justification. * Disregard for Student Commitment: My granddaughter is a busy student who continually rearranged her schedule to ensure she was available whenever the instructor claimed to be free. Despite her flexibility and cooperation, your school, Pam, failed to uphold her end of the arrangement * Failure to Execute: It took an astounding six weeks to complete a mere six hours of driving instruction.

They staying in constant communication with me. So when my 2nd child was ready for lessons I had no hesitation with which company I trusted with my baby. I discovered this store through an Ebay listing last month because I was looking for a DSLR I…read moreneeded for my photography class at the university, and I wanted to get one that wouldn't break me. (As a college student, you can imagine my budget isn't exactly sky high...) I needed to get the camera sent to me quickly, so I called to ask if they could ship it sooner than they advertised on said Ebay listing. They had sold that one already... But the guy I talked to, (I really wish I could remember his name. He was super helpful and easygoing,) said he had another one just like it, and in better shape! Not only that, but he would send it to me -- along with all the other equipment I needed as per the syllabus -- for just over 900 bucks! I had budgeted no more than 1000 dollars for the camera alone, so this was a sweet deal indeed. Fast forward almost halfway into the term: my camera works as expected, and I'm getting good grades on my assignments. If it weren't for these guys, I probably wouldn't have found the camera I needed in time without going over budget. Thanks, Photo Center. Y'all are the best!
