I had talked to Mike Nausedas about me sending him checks once per month to cover the cost of the lessons and driving test.I sent three checks to cover 18 hours of lessons and the road test fee and my Granddaughter only took 6 hours of driving lessons and her permit expired. After numerous attempts to contact my Granddaughter with no luck. I Emailed Michael to get a refund for the hours of lessons not used on September 6th. Michael told me in an Email "no problem I'll figure it out". I sent another Email to Mike with checks #s and dates and amounts that I paid and received no response. It is now 9/23/23 and I don't even know if Mike still works there or the company is still viable. I'm very surprised by this non response as Mike and Patty were working with me as to my Granddaughter's driving lessons.

Due to flooding and losing…read moremy teenage son, my wife and I hired All Civic to get my daughter her license because we did not have the time and mental state to teach her ourselves. Other reviews were good for All Civic so we hired them. My daughter did not like any of the instructors. The company was flexible and will to work to our schedule, including Sundays. We were ok with them until the end. We arranged for a 1 hour lesson before they brought her to the road test. We got a call the day before saying the woman would be late, instead of 2:00 she would be there at 2:20, we said fine. The woman didn't show up until 2:40. My daughter asked her how to turn the lights and wipers on and the instructor told her she didn't need them....it was raining and cloudy. My daughter insisted and she begrudgingly showed her. Her road test was at 3:00 so they went straight there with no lesson, luckily its only 5 miles away or they would have been late. My daughter passed the road test and my wife stopped by from work to take a picture. The instructor said oh, your mom's here she can take you home and left. Every other driving instructor (including others there from All Civic) brought their student in and got them their license. My wife was supposed to return to work but now had to stay to get the license and bring my daughter home. This cost me $80...basically it was a 5 mile taxi ride and they took $80. I called the owner and complained, he told me he was with a student and would call me back...still hasn't. If that's not enough, I have now been trying to get her 6-hour behind the wheel certificate from them for the past 2 weeks and still don't have it. Shouldn't a professional school simply automatically give it to me? I would never hire them nor recommend them to anyone.

Every child and parent I've seen attending cherry lane, are happy and smiling. the staff are all well trained and attentive to the children AND the parents. Family events welcoming extended family are also common occurrences here. Any problems or worries I've had were always addressed right away. Sadly I needed to change schools due to distance, but I will forever recommend this school to any parent looking to feel like they're dropping their children off with a family member when dropping their child at school. No other daycare like it, family owned and not a chain daycare! One of a kind, my family will miss them greatly.
