I know and have seen firsthand that it is more common for people to voice complaints and concerns…read morethan to praise and acknowledge achievement. While I, too have voiced certain concerns with the center about my children, I want to also acknowledge how pleased I am with my sons growth and stability in his current class (Blue Horses). Miss Maria and Miss Amanda (admin) have both been extremely supportive and kind about hearing our concerns that we have had in the past, and for that I thank them. But I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge the amazing job that Miss Haley has done with our son. She has been patient, kind, and extremely supportive of him. I know how challenging most 3 year olds can be, and he is NO exception. But Miss Haley has treated him so fairly and I have seen nothing but growth in him since she has been with Lightbridge. He has learned invaluable life skills about socialization that I would have never been able to teach him at home, and his academic progress has sky-rocketed. You have a very special/professional teacher in Miss Haley and I just want to give her the recognition she deserves. Thank you ALL for creating a safe and nurturing place for my children to learn and grow.

Not having the staff to supplement another who may be absent shouldn't dictate my 2yr old and others that age to be blended in with the 6yr olds for the day as if it's frequent or normal! The underlying issues clearly lie within the staff and not knowing their roles or even the owners not applying a more complete structured system focused on the aspects of child development and welfare that can be applied for assurance. Not to mention the amount of unassured instances I've personally deal with from the unawareness and uncertifed staff that oversees my childs day. My baby has had pink eye multiple times within the last couple months(I honestly have rarely seen teachers in that room wash their hands but maybe I'm dramatic) , and my first born has had several Incidents in which were all safety concerns so I had to remove both of them from this center. I would say overall I think the directors TRY BUT I wouldn't recommend this daycare due to my own personal experience that I had with my children.

We are one week into a new school and my only regret is that we didn't look sooner! I would recommend looking into Ivy Hedge, Children of the King, Tinton Falls Cooperative, or The Learning Tree.

Once again he was deprived of something that no one should be deprived of as simple as water to take a bath with and brush his teeth. Unfortunately he can not communicate as we can, how many other children with disabilities have been deprived while under their care? How many more parents will fall for for their "kind, loving ways" when they meet you and treat the children/young adults in such deprivation, makes you wonder what else they are deprived of!
