All of them seem very well satisfied with their experience and the care given to their children. I frequent a business in the same center 4 or 5 days a week and often park next to this business. The learning experience is a great place! The teachers love my son so much and he's happy to see them everyday and gives them hugs and kisses! If issues arise, I've always experienced the staff handling whatever it is professionally and promptly. Debbie, Deonna and Satia are his favorite people to see everyday. In the beginning, I was nervous because he had a rough transition from being home with Mom. But he was always taken into the room and comforted by one of the teachers and redirected his attention so I could leave for work. When my first born started here I had no issues (2 years ago)but this past year I've seen many teachers in and out. This daycare seems to struggle with staffing. My baby has had pink eye multiple times within the last couple months(I honestly have rarely seen teachers in that room wash their hands but maybe I'm dramatic) , and my first born has had several Incidents in which were all safety concerns so I had to remove both of them from this center. I would say overall I think the directors TRY BUT I wouldn't recommend this daycare due to my own personal experience that I had with my children. read more

I send my son to TLE, he is now 2 and has been going since he was 6 months old . This daycare facility is clean, friendly , and fun ! My son learns so much while he is there and he loves going ! Miss Tara is always so helpful and genuinely cares about ALL the babies and kids, goes above and beyond to make parents feel at ease. After sending my son to daycare for the time at a different daycare, (Children of America in ocean township) we'd settled on The Learning Experience in tinton falls. The first daycare was such a nightmare that we were frightened to start the next school. But within LESS then 2 weeks, drop off in the morning was a cinch, no crying or anything. The kids are occupied all day, since every class has a schedule. And even though the classes are full, the teachers are so attentive and LOVING...P.S in the summer they still keep the kids very active plus they bring a bunch of entertainment for the kids the entire summer like a storytelling balloon maker and a magician. They have sprinklers two days a week too. We really couldnt be more pleased sending our son here. They've really put our minds at ease knowing our baby is happy at school everyday. read more

We have been sending our daughter to TLE since she was 3 months old. She is now 20 months and has loved every moment at the daycare. All of the teachers and staff, even the ones she does not have, say hi and know her by name. Since we are temporarily home, they have sent many videos to keep up with learning, and even came around with their mascot and stopped at the house to say hi. We enrolled our daughter in September and I am more than please. She has amazing teachers, I am impressed when we walk down the hall and all the teachers greet her by name, ones that aren't even in her room. In the last six months our daughter has grown so much, colors, numbers, letters. Listening has improved, skills like sitting fir circle time come easy to her. We could not be happier. The prices are reasonable and frankly much less expensive then the counter parts of light bridge academy that quoted us $700 more a month. They have an app that updates the parts through out the day and even send pictures. Also note that they have partnered with many corporations and can provide discounts depending where you work. We have been at The Learning Experience for two and a half years. I have nothing but rave reviews. The staff treats each child as though they are their own. The administration makes you feel like family. I have been watching our little one grow and flourish as well as her friends. The sign of a great daycare is continuity. We are now in the 2.5 year old class and several friends have been with our little one since nursery (6 mos. old). We feel confident when we leave that our child is well taken care of, her independence is fostered . Her emotional and physical well being is of utmost importance to everyone she encounters at this daycare. We have watched our baby grow and learn so much at this daycare. I don't even feel like it is daycare, I feel like I am leaving her with people who love and care about her, and we are. I love the fact that everyone knows our little ones name and our names too. The staff is so friendly and caring! The teachers really take a personal interest each child! My son has medical conditions that require an additional level of awareness and I trust them completely with his safety and well being! They are an educational community that really encourage involvement from parents and family! There are ample opportunities to participate with your childs class and school throughout the year! This school can not retain its staff so your children have no consistency. In our time there they lost some truly wonderful teachers and have not replaced them properly. We felt the environment had decayed in her year there due to poor management/ownership. Th staff mentioned in a previous review is not there anymore. My daughter was enrolled here for a couple months when she was about 2 months old to 4 months old. A couple things happened prior to the incident that made me pull her out immediately. She would be sent home with dirty clothes that had poop up to her shoulders so she had obviously been sitting in poopy diapers for way too long. My husband stopped in one day to see her and found her in her crib with a BOTTLE PROPPED UP and unattended if she began to choke. I spoke to the director about all these issues but I guess nothing changed because this wasn't even the worst of it. I thought I was just being an over protective new mom but now I feel awful about not pulling her out sooner. One morning I dropped her off and told them she just wasn't acting like herself and to keep an eye on her and if she gets a fever or doesn't seem right to just call me and I'd come get her immediately. I called a couple hours later to check on her and the girls said she was fine and was "just chilling" and didn't have a fever. I hung up but just couldn't shake the feeling that something wasn't right so I went to get her shortly after. When I picked her up she was limp and moaning and I could see the sweat on her face. I rushed her right to the doctor and she had a 102.7 fever and was very sick. I don't even want to know what shape she would have been in if I didn't pick her up early. I was told they don't have parent view cams because "it's too easy for pedophiles to hack into them" but her new daycare has parent cams and just puts a censor over the changing area so I think that's just an excuse. As a mother who's biggest concern is my child's well-being I strongly advise other parents to stay far away from this day care. I don't want what happened to my daughter to happen to other kids too. read more

The owners are liars and do not care about the health and safety of the children. They cannot retain teachers, and the teachers they hire are trash. They see nothing wrong with feeding a 3 month old red ice pops, or giving one child another child's bottle. They of course will blame your baby for the teacher's mistake, and then they would be so sorry for their mistakes after you demand an explanation as to how they could be so careless. Your child will be bitten over and over since the teachers cannot watch them properly, and you will get calls every other week from the state since they are constantly being reported for child abuse and neglect. You will feel as comfortable leaving your child as you would if you were leaving your child with Casey Anthony. The relief you will feel when you leave that facility and get your child into a place that you know will take care of them is indescribable. I wish I never stepped foot into that nightmare. read more
