Other reviews cite coaches being stern, however, this environment is so safe (and it needs to be to prevent injury) and I feel very comfortable and confident that my kids are being trained safely and properly. The owner aggressively yelled at our daughter and even went so far as to grab her arm--completely inappropriate behavior, especially for someone working with young children. What makes it worse is that despite clear footage showing the incident, the owner denied it ever happened and has refused to take responsibility or offer any kind of reimbursement. All the children run through the hallway--ours was no different--but instead of addressing it with the parents, the owner went straight to the child in a confrontational and unacceptable manner. We have never been treated this way at any children's activity before. If you can't handle working with kids respectfully and calmly, you shouldn't be running a business for them. I would not recommend this place to any parent who values their child's safety and emotional well-being.

Wasn't as violent as I expected and only saw one fight break out quite a few that I almost came to fruition. The team we were Rooting for was losing against a team that would be comparable to the Jacksonville jaguars a.k.a. never wins a game. So it's very embarrassing for the home team to lose to this team I was told. Overall it's a great experience and I would definitely do it again. Just please do something about the smell
