This is an amazing program that teaches kids foundational skills properly. Tumbling progressions…read moreare safe and the coaches are well equipped to break down skills and create developmental approaches and plans. The same with trampoline, a fun approach to teach discipline, strength and confidence. My kids love being here and always leave confident and feeling loved. Because trampolines can be dangerous if not used appropriately the coaches will correct and redirect kids to use the equipment safely. Other reviews cite coaches being stern, however, this environment is so safe (and it needs to be to prevent injury) and I feel very comfortable and confident that my kids are being trained safely and properly. Safety is a huge component of their program.

The owner aggressively yelled at our daughter and even went so far as to grab her arm--completely inappropriate behavior, especially for someone working with young children. What makes it worse is that despite clear footage showing the incident, the owner denied it ever happened and has refused to take responsibility or offer any kind of reimbursement. All the children run through the hallway--ours was no different--but instead of addressing it with the parents, the owner went straight to the child in a confrontational and unacceptable manner. We have never been treated this way at any children's activity before. If you can't handle working with kids respectfully and calmly, you shouldn't be running a business for them. I would not recommend this place to any parent who values their child's safety and emotional well-being.

We used to truly love this school, which makes this very hard to write. Unfortunately, there has…read morebeen a serious decline in care, communication, and professionalism. There has been constant staff turnover, frequent shuffling of children from class to class, and very little consistency -- especially for my younger son. Many days I didn't even know what room he would be in. That lack of stability is concerning for young children. There have also been concerns about ratios and a lack of accountability when issues were raised. On one occasion, I picked up my son in a diaper that clearly had not been changed for an extended period of time. I'm also aware of an incident where a child was hurt and parents were not notified. These things are unacceptable. When I mentioned that I was considering switching schools and simply asked what the transition process would look like, management took it upon themselves to decide our last day without me formally giving notice. It felt like the decision was made for us rather than with us. The ultimate dealbreaker was when the owner grabbed me in the hallway and said, "You are really screwing me," in front of my children, other parents, and staff. I have never been spoken to in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. I was completely taken aback. As a parent, I will always advocate for my children. It's heartbreaking because we once trusted and appreciated this school. I truly hope meaningful changes are made for the sake of the children and staff. It should also be mentioned that they do have a handful of excellent teachers left, namely Ms Vanessa In Preschool 2. She truly goes above and beyond to her students and her love for teaching show's. She'd be better suited at a school that appreciates her.

We attended Learning Experience in Middletown for almost two years. While it started out great, the…read morelast few months showed a major decline. Staff turnover was extremely high, far beyond what we've seen at other centers. Leadership issues were obvious, and staff morale was very low. The final straw was when our son was injured at school (bloody nose and facial bruising) and we were never notified. There was no incident report available at pickup, and we only learned about the injury ourselves. An incident report was emailed two days later, after we raised concerns. We were not upset about the injury itself -- accidents happen. The issue was the lack of communication, documentation, and accountability. We pulled our twins out the very next day. We have since reported the school to the state over classroom ratio concerns. We are happy to speak privately with parents who are considering this daycare center and would like more information.
