Great driving school. My daughter took classes with them as they were recommended by the school and had good reviews. Few days before the road test my daughter asked to have a brush up lesson as she was nervous about parallel parking using the cones. I called on Monday about the brush up lesson and possibility of renting a vehicle for that Friday for the road test. Even though it was kind of late minute, Chris was able to schedule the brush up lesson and the rental of the vehicle! Worth the money! I signed up for a "brush-up" lesson and a car rental service in early January 2022, minutes later I got an email from Michael Pielech (CEO of Road Rules Driving School) saying: "a Road Rules Driving School team member will reach out within a few business days". Since nobody contacted me, I applied again via their website. Michael sent me another note saying: "Thank you for your inquiry... We will contact you closer to your test date". Last night I sent another email asking for a confirmation of the service because my road test is on Tuesday 2/22, and Michael replied today saying: "We can not preform the service". I also used them for the brush-up lesson and car rental on the day of the test. Chris was the instructor both times. I'm giving RR a 5-star rating because of Steve who was a terrific instructor for my daughter. For each of the 3 2-hr lessons, he was super prompt. My daughter was really nervous about driving on streets for the first time, not to mention nervous about driving w/someone she doesn't know. But as soon as I met Steve before the first lesson started, I felt assured that my daughter would do well w/him. Turns out, she DID do really well! She grew confident behind the wheel pretty quickly thanks to his pleasant, and patient demeanor. If you have a teen that feels nervous about driving and typically doesn't do well w/strangers, I would suggest you ask for Steve. read more

I'm here to save you over $300 of your hard earned money that you could easily take elsewhere. I was super eager to use this school and felt that it would be a perfect fit for me, but in the end the instructor taught the nothing. The only thing that occurred out of this was me learning about my driver instructors personal life and how to pull in and out of 7 Eleven. I didn't even get the full extent of my six hours, because some of it was wasted on either the DMV or the instructor being late. Everything was good until Road test day. When we signed up for the package outside of DMV they said everything was included in the package. The package included 6 hrs of practice and taking my son to the DMV day off his license. After passing the test i was told I owed another $95 for use of vehicle. We were initially EVERYTHING was included. We even signed up later for one 2 hr session of highway driving. When I asked about the $95 the owner Mike kept referring to the webpage. Unfortunately Mike when we signed we were in the parking lot of the DMV not on your website. Buyer beware not totally upfront and clear about pricing and what is and isnt included. read more

My daughter just completed a 6 hour program with Anthony as her instructor. He was very professional, offered various options for lessons, and did not pressure us. Anthony was very kind and caring and put my daughter and I at ease as he explained that his goal was to make sure she felt comfortable and confident behind the wheel. He was a good communicator in person and via text. At the completion of her 6 hours, he felt confident that with continued practice that she will pass her upcoming test. Overall it was a great experience. The only issue I had was that I had some difficulty with the mandatory registering online which is apparently the only way to register. Once the registration went through I wound up having multiple people calling to set up lessons. In the end, I was satisfied that the program covered all the skills she needed. Absolutely horrible. Wish I could give them a ZERO !rating. From the integrity of the staff to Mike the owner of the establishment. They are nothing short of a bunch of crooks. They will take your money and not care one once if your child needs extra attention or help with a particular task. We paid for his 16yo lessons and a year later repaid for a refresher lesson and dmv road test. The instructor came and took the child to target parking lot for 60mins to drive around then realizing that his nerves and parking skills needed work he left him to fend for himself no extra help or guidance given. He came the day of the test and sure enough the child failed 2 mins into his parking. Great job well worth my money. Made me reschedule for the first available date and time happened to be 7 days later the child was pulled out of school for a second day and the instructor didn't even bother showing up as scheduled to pick him up.. we ended hireing just a random driving school car that was at dmv to test in and come to find out he had to wait a minumum of 14 days in order to retest. Wonderful. That seems like some information that they should have shared before.. Horrible experience. Please do yourselves and your child a favor and seek a different company in order to give your loved ones a favorable experience. read more

I failed twice before and my confidence was low I tried road rules and decided to try again and I'm glad I did! This school was accommodating and the instructors were very helpful and made it seem like you were driving with a friend. We used Road Rules for my 16 y/o daughter's driver training. Her HS does not offer drivers ed - once she turned 16, we contacted the school. They provided her with the study info and took her to the MVC for her written test. They also scheduled her road test for her. She passed and started her 6 hour road instruction. The instructors made her feel comfortable and the training gave her the confidence needed to get in the car with me and her father to practice driving. This instruction also took some of the nervousness away from me in the early permit days. We used Road Rules for her to take her road test because our cars do not have a center emergency brake. A few days before her test date, they took her out for a refresher. On the morning of her road test, the instructor picker her up and took her to the MVC. We met them there. She was nervous going in, but felt good with the testing tips her Road Rules instructor provided her. She successfully passed her road test. I highly recommend Road Rules and will be using them soon for my next driver to be licensed. The service was great and affordable. read more
