My Road test started at 9:20 am , and since I'm taking a hour session before that means that she would arrive to my house at 7:50 , and she did say that she would arrive. She told me that the price would be $180 I said okay, and screenshotted my confirmation appointment at the dmv. A month goes by, I text her the day of my road test at 7:55 am asking how long will she arrive and she's stated that she will come back from vacation on January 9th...This lady didn't bother to tell me somewhere in between December and waited the day of my road test. How unprofessional. On October 24th, 2024 I booked an appointment to take an hour practice test at 10:00 am, she communicated that she would be running late and showed up at 12:00 instead. Despite her running late, I wanted to book more with her because I liked her as an instructor but I didn't have enough money to book frequent practice test with her. I never would think I would have this issue with her communication skills. I feel as thought she can improve on communicating. How am I supposed to know your on vacation? She also lied and said that I was supposed to remind her through text, but never said that....Super Unprofessional. Save your time, energy and money please.

Professional drivers should be able to quickly solve and put their feelings to the side no matter the situation. Also I want to include that students should be dropped off where they were picked up. There shouldn't be no reason why they should be halfway dropped off. That's extremely dangerous because most of the time people who are either 16 17 or 18 are taking driver lessons. So you're putting them in danger so you can get to your next student is unacceptable. That's extremely unprofessional. I hope yall can fix this because that's no way to respect a customer.

The lady that answered phones was also nice and was able to fit us into their busy schedule - also the fact that there is someone to answer the phone is very convenient.
