The only time I heard him laugh was when he was making fun of a mistake one of his past students made. It was like being back with my abusive parent again and having to tiptoe around one of their miserable moods. Then when I called the office to tell them the instructor was miserable the woman I spoke to interrupted me and started talking over me. I don't care how long he's been with your guys. That's not how you treat people. He did drive me home at the end of it. But I would have much rather he just treated me like a human being and left me at the meet up point, than treating me like garbage the whole time and then trying to make up for it later. Tom called me the day of my third lesson and rescheduled for that following Sunday. I never got a call from him letting me know he was downstairs waiting. So for the following two weeks I called him and got no answer. On Tuesday 9/8, I left him a voicemail on his cell phone and business phone and told him that I would be reporting him to BBB and on Yelp, we spoke today (9/8) and he tells me that because he showed up to the appointment and I didn't, that I would have to pay an additional $90, when I already paid the $285 in full.
