I had previous experience driving trucks and I had pretty much mastered my parking maneuvers from the previous school on my own merit. Even though the DMV recently modified the pre trip and parking maneuvers right in the middle of my training. I worked with EZ wheels for a total of 4 hours with one on one instruction. Reviewing the recent changes and getting a more road time with a 53' trailer. The 4 hours spent at EZ wheels was more beneficial than the previous 24 hours spent with the prior school. The previous school gave me one opportunity to have road time for about 30 minutes, at night time. In my opinion, not at all ideal for my first time with a 53' trailer behind me but thankfully because of my previous driving experience I did well. I'm not really into trash talking other businesses so I really want to focus more on what EZ wheels does well. 1.They are very accommodating with scheduling. 2. The instructors in the yard are professionals. I had two sessions, two hours each and then my road test date, all lined up perfectly. They are there to help you learn and really have some good knowledge to share. Little extra tips on shifting, etc that are helpful. 3. It is one on one training. Let me repeat that part for the people in the back. The training is one on one!!!! Be forewarned not all the schools out there do this. The school I originally signed on with did not. Read the contracts you are potentially signing, and then read them again before you pay up. I highly recommend EZ wheels. They have good equipment are very professional, and will give you the knowledge to pass your CDL. Good Luck!

Stay away, stay away, stay away. SERIOUSLY, stay away from this place and I wish can rate it lower,…read moreit's an ILLEGITIMATE business and the man Bruce is a shyster and for people who are turning seventeen, adults who don't have their license and wanting to finally drive, just going to let the word out that don't believe where he's located or the name he uses for his business because as I said it's ILLEGITIMATE. I gave Bruce $400 to take me for a few lessons and he took me for one lesson on October 17, 2019 and first time he took me to drive first on Sixth Street in North Arlington and then I went to Fisher Field in North Arlington, and then I drove on Jauncey which is a county road and that took us to the park on the North Arlington/Lyndhurst border, then Ridge Road at the very end of North Arlington and then all of Ridge Road in Lyndhurst, then turned on New York Avenue, and on Valley Brook Avenue and he did the right thing and I got in the groove of driving and then his car broke down and that was THE ONLY time he took me for a lesson. Then one day and it was the day after Thanksgiving on November 29, 2019, he came in an Uber to my house for an additional $100 (added to the $400 and plus I gave him, so I gave him $500 and plus) and then a year later he gives me a lesson in an old Buick (no doubt in my mind it was falling apart) and he had no sign on the car to prove he was a driving school and he was supposed to take to drive for an hour and he took me only twenty minutes down at the industrial area in Lyndhurst on December 6, 2020 and I remember the things he taught me from 10/17/2019 and brake and gas and I had to resume later on because everything was backed up due to the pandemic and I called him to take me for lessons to keep getting better so it looks good to get my license and he said his 'new car' broke down and I said "Jesus, he's not pulling this crap again with me." Then when he got his car back and second time on January 6, 2021 I went, he did the same crap AGAIN, he took me for twenty minutes, not an hour...AGAIN at the same place: The industrial area in Lyndhurst and yelled at me while I was driving and I made a small mistake and all of that was because he neglected to help me and said quote: "Driving is something you have to do everyday!" and then was giving me cause and effect examples as if I was back in eighth grade and saying "What is Bruce said you had driving today" and I should've said What if Bruce had a LEGITIMATE business and a car not on its way out to teach me to drive and what Bruce was telling me that driving with a relative everyday was FALSE and that's why my mom gave him $500 TO TEACH ME TO DRIVE. For the times Bruce ditched me and didn't come, I have receipts to prove I paid him and when he was without a car for a few months, his phone to reach his business was COMPLETELY off and he had when it got turned out, he ignored my phone calls and texts and he had an excuse and said I had to work with him after he came to my house in an Uber for $100 and one time he called me on an alternative number and said "This is Bruce with the driving school." I knew he had something up his sleeve. I recommend people NOT to go to this guy because his school is ILLEGITIMATE and I want to tell all future drivers that this man is an UNCERTIFIED and ILLEGITIMATE driving school and he's using an alternative names for his school so that he can stay in business. I recommend all drivers young and old NOT to do business with this man. One more thing I forgot to mention, this man Bruce lied about his last name and it's listed as Killelea on Yelp about and he told me in person it was 'Carr' and he's such a liar and don't believe a lie this man says, don't give him your money, and don't do business with this man because he is NOT a business as I said before and he's like a teenager texting students on his phone to tell them when they have lessons scheduled, and don't forget when 'he can't come to you on the day you're scheduled for lesson is because his car is broke and 'you have to work with him' so he can guarantee you get your license and he's only looking to fail people. He's a con artist and that's all there is to it and I'm ashamed I even did business with this man and I when he called and wanted to give me lessons in a car that was broken down unbeknownst to me, I gave this man a second chance with all my heart thinking he was not going to play games anymore and give me lessons to get my license and then I discovered I was a fool to have given this man a second chance. I'm currently working on a new driving school and it all takes time and even in this time with the pandemic and the lesson here is NEVER, I repeat NEVER do business with this man Bruce; because he is like I said, he's a con artist and you can't rely on him to be around for driving lesson and that's all there's to it, PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!!!!!

When I went to him, my goal was to learn how to drive and be careful for myself and my toddler. He taught me exactly that, not just how to pass the test. I am writing this on the day that I passed my driving test on the first try in Brooklyn, all thanks…read moreto the amazing and patient Erika (and with some help from Gus as well) from Revolution Driving School. TLDR - if you're a nervous or anxious driver, or have had difficulties with other instructors in the past, Erika is absolutely the one you should get started with. My apologies for the novel that's about to follow: To start off with, I am (or was), an incredibly nervous driver. While I had gotten my license by the skin of my teeth back in 2018, I developed a severe phobia after a bad experience on a highway and let my license lapse, not realizing that if your license is expired for more than two years, you can't just renew it - you have to take the whole road test again. When I learned this, I became so nervous that I started having insomnia and couldn't fall asleep - that's how nervous I was thinking about getting back on the road again. After completing my permit, I worked up the courage to book a lesson with Erika. Now, I've had my fair share of bad driving instructors - they often are gruff, not that great at teaching or explaining, and not great at making you feel comfortable or relaxed. Erika is the exact opposite. She is warm and supportive, without being overly so - you never feel like you have to put on a show for Erika. The day of my first lesson I woke up with full body chills and nerves, but I immediately felt at ease with Erika when I was in the car during my first lesson and knew I made the right decision booking lesson with her. Slowly but surely with each lesson with Erika, I got more confident behind the wheel. She positively reinforces when you do something well, and explains patiently where you can improve. She also steadily increases your abilities over time, slowly taking on new things like driving in a different neighborhood or on a busy street, without rushing you into something that can feel difficult. Since parallel parking is my achilles heel, she made sure to spend extra time walking me through this during our lessons. Leading up to my road test I also decided to take a couple extra lessons with Gus, who only just recently became available again for lessons. Gus has a very different demeanor than Erika - more reserved - and so while he may not be the best person to take a first lesson with if you are extremely nervous and anxious like me, I did find my lessons with Gus to be helpful and so the combination of working with both of them made me feel doubly prepared. On the day of my road test, Erika had the perfect demeanor. She made me feel assured, but never put undue pressure on me - she struck the right balance of being supportive without having that become a stressor in and of itself. She answered all my last minute nervous questions ("Can you walk me through again what to do if I think I'm going to hit the curb while parallel parking? What if I'm too wide?"), without ever making me feel bad about it. I was blessed with a clear day and relatively empty roads, but regardless of the good conditions I know I can owe the credit of my passing mostly to the patience and guidance of Erika. She is truly life changing - she changed me from an incredibly nervous driver who would break down into a ball of nerves even thinking about being behind the wheel, to a confident driver who according to my evaluator, did a "perfect" parallel park - something that I would NEVER have thought in a million years I would hear anyone say. All told, I did 13 lessons before my road test - 9 with Erika and 4 with Gus. While it's possible a less nervous driver could have done less (by my 10th lesson everything really started to click), I'm glad I did those extra lessons to make me feel fully prepared. I highly recommend Revolution Driving School, and Erika in particular, to anyone who is nervous or anxious about driving. While of course what happens on road test day is your responsibility, you will feel so prepared working with them. I can never thank them enough for giving me my confidence back!!

From the…read morevery beginning, Greg has been very thorough with the information he's given both us and our son. Even before the 6 hours of instruction began, Greg provided us with everything we needed to know about the lessons and road test. He put our minds at ease with is calmness and professionalism. He made our son's DMV appointment for the road test, picked him up at home on his test date two hours prior to the exam to practice a bit more. He showed up on time (even a few minutes early) and explained what they would be doing. He provided us with a checklist of what to bring to the road test appointment so that there would be no surprises. He called us from the DMV to tell us our son had passed and mentioned a few extra things that he should pay attention to. He even followed up afterwards with additional information he had researched. We are so happy to have met Greg and we highly recommend him and his company. If you are looking for a great driving school, look no further. Greg and Road Rules North are the best!

They are extremely unresponsive. I've been trying to schedule lessons with them since April,…read morethrough email, their website form, and phone. They don't respond to the first two, and the phone is 50/50 you'll get an answering machine or an actual person. I was advised to complete a website form again, and then received no response. After calling, I finally got an instructor's phone number and was advised to text them. Now, I understand that I can't expect someone to be available 24/7 to answer a text, but after three days of no response after day one, I gave up and tried another driving school, where I was able to IMMEDIATELY reach someone by phone and schedule their services. You must be extremely persistent if you want to go to this driving school. I should have tried another driving school right away, honestly.
