Stay far away from this driving school!!! This business is run by incompetent, untrained idiots and liars who will screw up and then blame the DMV and everyone else for their mistakes. A few weeks after I signed up my son and paid for the lessons, I contacted them to inquire about the permit. Person on the phone said they did not have it yet, but would call me the next day to follow up. Of course, no follow up call. I called the next few days and never got a call back. Following day, I went stright to their office and the permit is sitting there on the desk and had actually been issued 3 weeks earlier. I inquired about what happened and was informed that they had the permit for some time, but she was clueless as to why I was told the permit was not yet processed. I told her I wanted to get the road lessons done ASAP so that my son could get his driving test on his birthday - she assured me it was no problem, which turned out to be 100% wrong. We just got a notice from the DMV that the first eligible test date is a few weeks after his birthday. I called the office and the same person said that she would correct it. Of course, she couldn't, and then simply declared that there's nothing more that they can do so I need to just suck it up and learn to live with the date that was given. I asked for her to have a supervisor to call me - and of course, no phone call. I left a message on their website as well insisting on a call - but no response. I went in this morning to pick up the rest of the paperwork and told the person to convey a message to the supervisor that since this business doesn't care about unhappy customers, I will leave an appropriate review to warn others of their incompetence and apathy. Surprise, surprise - as soon as I got in my car, the supervisor called. With this business, it takes a threat of a bad review and PR to get any response. I went over the myriad of mistakes and errors made by their office, which she acknowledged, but like all the others before her, she gave me the "Oh well, what's done is done" attitude. She also kept blaming the DMV - and lied about dates not being available. I informed her that I had checked online and what she was saying was clearly not true. She deflected and kept insisting she had no idea why so many mistakes were made. In addition to the clearical nonsense, the driving instructors are seriously lacking. First instructor only took my son on local roads. No parallel parking, no backing up, no highway driving. Second instructor also drove on just local roads - and taught parking using only the backup camera. What if the car doesn't have a back up camera or it is damaged? My son has 2 older siblings who went to different driving schools and got far better instruction when they were getting their lessons. I inquired with other parents who sent their children to other driving schools, and they didn't have the headache that we had. Their instructors were very thorough and the people in the office were actually knowledgeable and competent and scheduled everything as promised. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere - there are clearly much better options out there. read more
