Saw someone reviewing this place on tiktok. So I decided to give them a try. And i'm glad I did. I ordered some pork and cabbage dumplings to go along with a lamb bone broth soup with glass noodles. While I was waiting, I talked to the owner. She told me that they are one of the few places in the area that make their own dumplings . They have an open kitchen which I think is great.You can actually see your food being prepared. The dumplings were crispy on one side and soft, on the other with a delicious juicy,meaty filling. I also enjoyed the noodles, especially the broth.It had a rich deep flavor. Their menu is limited and they really focus on quality ingredients. After many recommendations, I decided to stop by and try the dumplings. Everything was delicious. I've never had cold potato salad like that, but the dressing that it was in was phenomenal. The pan fried beef noodle were delicious. I wish they had a little bit more sauce but all in all they were fabulous. I liked the dumplings a lot. I won't say love because I think they need to tweak the size of the Dumpling just a little bit or maybe it's because we had them so fresh but every single person in my party who been into it either got burned by the hot juice squirting out or went all over their clothes. We saw another guest, cutting them open and eating them that way, which kind of makes sense because if not you make a mess. I would suggest the Dumpling rapper maybe be just a little bit bigger because the juice is awesome. We will definitely be back. The chili oil was very different. I can't tell if there was like a little bit of sugar in there or something, but it was delicious. There is no indoor seating only outdoor seating.
