The owner was great! Brandon paid us a visit, listened to our concerns and within 6 hours had a plan extensively focused on mitigating the spread of dust and timeline for the project. His estimate included a 20% veterans discount which was a surprise and absolutely respected. He remembered my military service from our initial meeting when he complemented the Naval Aviation t-shirt I had on...a 10 second conversation. You don't see that level of respect and attention to detail from younger individuals. Needless to say we went with him for the demo and couldn't have been more satisfied. He performed the work with no impact to air quality and beat his projected timeline by 1 day!

Pjs Cleanouts recently completed a 3 step job for me and I am thrilled…read more From the first contact they were professional, on time and easy to talk to. My clean out required coordination between 2 homes and a fumigation of one. The team of 3 emptied (including removing wall to wall carpet), cleaned and sanitized a 2 bedroom apartment, and moved clean furniture from another home (45 minutes away) into the now freshened home. They were extremely polite, respectful and hardworking. When they saw me with new linens and small items in my car they came immediately to my aid and carried them into the home. The work was done in less than 5 hours, something I couldn't have imagined, all at a very reasonable price. The team swept up as they went along, ensuring the apartment hallways and entrance were as clean as when they arrived. I have no hesitation recommending PJs Cleanouts to family and friends.

I called Nick around 11AM, and he informed me he can get a crew with a truck over by 3PM if everything was ready to be taken away.
