Since…read moremy grand piano is 100+ years old, it requires fixing or replacement of the parts as well as regular tuning. He always brings back to its good conditions. I am happy that his tuning keeps the piano with well tuned for long. I will recommend anyone who needs good care on one's piano. katsuko O.

Hiroki-san was very courteous and quick in his email replies to book an appointment. He's in high demand so he requires almost a month's advanced notice to get an ideal time. When he arrived and did an initial test, the piano was flat to the point that an A was registering as a G. He said he would try to tune it but with the risk that a string might snap as he did multiple passes at it. I have no idea how piano tuning works and agreed to a more complex option on his price list. He cleaned and vacuumed my piano and was super patient with all my questions. My piano was returned to proper tuning after he worked for 3 hours straight tuning by ear then playing a little bit. Hiroki-san also gave me some maintenance tips and a card to lookup my client file for future annual tunings (which I will be adhering to here on out). I highly recommend him to anyone who's looking to tune their acoustic piano. Thank you so much for restoring my piano!

The Piano Movers, Tom and crew are crooks!!!! They steal and damage goods, and overcharge. I…read morehave heard other reports same. They are not licensed movers and I welcome others to join me in a class action law suit. These are the worst movers I have ever experienced and I am still upset about the theft and damages, and the amount of money I paid, and there break time travelling between two jobs, plus driving away with my property in a private car. Leaving truck unattended and not working or assisting with additional packing, or providing boxes when requested prior to move time. I am looking for class action, small claims or probono lawyer. There is one good review written by Tom himself. They damaged other peoples property along with stealing many items, going between two moves in a monster dirty truck. I am going to seek legal advise and recommend others join. Is this work address shared accommodation, in an old apartment building on 15th Street. Do they park the truck where Marine Drive and Keith join? I want my belongings returned, and damages compensated. They can't find a job so steal from the public. These are criminal offenses. These guys, and when I say 'these guys' I mean Tom and his crew from the North Van office of The Piano Movers, did an amazing job. They showed up when they said they would, they brought everything they needed to protect the piano (first a layer of clear plastic cling wrap to protect the finish of the piano, next came the thick moving blankets and finally another covering of cling wrap to hold everything in place). Tom and two of his helpers quickly packed up the piano and had it out to their truck in less than 10 minutes. All the guys were friendly and helpful and exactly what you want when you want a piano mover. They moved with an almost military precision and when it comes to something as delicate as a piano, that's exactly what you need. Highly recommended.
