Mary and her team are AWESOME!!! I had them do some embroidery for me while living on Oahu...I then moved to Maui and needed help ordering new work shirts with our logo. All it took was a call to Mary and she took care of everything for us. 1st EXPERIENCE 05/04/2016 BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! 2 days prior to my daughters 1st birthday party my initial t-shirt printing company had notified me that they could not complete my t shirt printing order prior to my daughter's birthday party. Completely distraught and stressed I had called EmbroidMe at 4pm to see if they could complete my family's shirt with our design within 24 hrs. With the most sweetest and understanding customer service I have ever received. EmbroidMe staff stayed late on the day I had ordered my shirts to complete my order. In the mist of running around attempting to complete all of my last minute birthday party needs, EmbroidMe had stayed late on the evening of pick up because I was running behind schedule and they were about to close for the weekend. I have never heard of a store who would wait on a customer, but had also offered to meet me half way because I was coming from the Windward Side of Oahu. 2nd EXPERIENCE: 09/15/2017 The youngest of the family has just entered into high school. Wanting my little brother to have everything I had and so much more means that we wanted him to have custom family booster shirts, top of the line gear and the lists goes on and on. I had spoke to Sarah from EmbroidMe and from the first initial phone call was so friendly and gave me the best customer service. She took my design and constantly kept me in the loop on the progress that was going on. If it wasn't by phone she was very consistent with sending me emails with updates. Even with little hiccups along the way being constantly informed and in the loop made my experience that much better. The most personable experience I have ever had. We have gotten a number of items from Embroidme and it has not only been fast service, but the quality is amazing! They are always so helpful and we always get what we want from they. They also have a brand new remodel in the front of their store which is not only clean and organized, but very inviting. I would give 0 stars if I could. These are the reasons why... . Poor customer service: they told me that they could make a patch for me and would send me a sample (via email) and didn't . Took my item In 2/25 and didn't get an email or anything until 3/4. Called them and they said that they were going to call me back and they didn't. I left 3 voice message and they still didn't call me back. I finally called and the owner answered and told me they couldn't make my patch. Why couldn't they call me sooner? They waited all this time to let me know that they couldn't make a patch? Then she said she was going to email me samples of patches and didn't even send anything. I emailed her and she didn't email me back. I finally called today because I'm just fed up with their poor customer service. She didn't even feel bad that I had to down back and grab my item. I mentioned that I emailed and called multiple times and she said she emailed me, which is a lie because I didn't get an email. Anyways, very poor customer service. - Sara did send me away instead of offering me other alternative . I did not appreciate the way she handle the situation . read more

I gave EmbroidMe 5 stars for many reasons. My partner and I had an event coming up on the weekend and decided last minute that we wanted custom shirts for our team. I called around to multiple companies in Honolulu to see if anyone could do a rush order of us and nobody responded....besides of course EmbroidMe! Mary and her team worked well past when they closed Thursday night to make sure our design was printed and ready for our event on Friday. When I came to pick up the shirts, the print was perfect and the shirt was good quality. I needed T-shirts for an event and they did not deliver at all. I gave them one star because I got my shirts, but it wasn't what I wanted. I sent them the design and they confirmed it with me. I wanted PINK letters and I specifically said I want PINK and I want it to stand out, but I got something more like a light purple which didn't stand out at all. I was very disappointed with the end result. They even gave me a shirt with the print fading already, and said they would take off $10 from the shirt...so I still ended up paying $8 for a messed up shirt. I will never go back there again. I wish they had the decency to call me and let me know the color was not what I ordered, and not charge me for a faded shirt...which I will never use! I paid a lot of money for a product that I'm not happy with. read more
