Unfortunately, that professionalism did not continue once problems began. I spent well over $400 with this business, and there were repeated issues with my orders. First, the sizing was incorrect and had to be corrected. More importantly, I experienced ongoing problems with the quality of the printing. Designs began peeling off the garments despite my following the care and washing instructions exactly as directed. This happened three separate times, requiring me to ask that the items be redone. What I found completely unacceptable was Caleb telling me that my complaints were "becoming a pattern." Yes, there was a pattern--the printing repeatedly failed. A customer should not be made to feel as though they are the problem for reporting the same quality defect when it continues to happen. If a design repeatedly peels off after proper care and washing, that points to an issue with the printing, application, materials, or production process--not automatically to customer misuse. Attempting to turn repeated product failures into a criticism of the customer was extremely unprofessional. Caleb ultimately chose to refer me to other businesses. That is his decision, but after spending more than $400 and dealing with repeated quality problems, I find the way this situation was handled unacceptable. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company. The print durability was disappointing, but the attitude I received after raising legitimate concerns was even more disappointing. When a business receives repeated complaints about the same issue, the appropriate response is to investigate the quality problem--not accuse the paying customer of being "a pattern."

With two carts filled with various items from Sanrio, BT21, Pokémon and even Sakura themed gift sets. Mystery boxes that are hard to find, items from Japan and/or Korea it was very interesting shopping here. Not sure how long they'll be here though said they will be back at the end of March. One item I did get are a pack of stickers for only $5 with inspirational messages that will certainly brighten anyone's day. The ladies here are sweet and since some of the items they have here are difficult to find in these areas it's a welcome touch here in Windward Mall and hope to see them in late March. Thank you!

The customer service was awesome and friendly. I tried a few different t-shirts to make sure it was the right fit and look and emailed them the file I wanted printed and it was printed fairly quickly. The t-shirt was $20 plus a back design for $10 and another $5 for a front pocket-sized design, so I spent about $36 total. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the t-shirt, I do recommend sending a larger file png if you're going that route because mine was a bit pixelated when blown up on the back. But still no complaints since I basically found the image on my phone and on the spot. Had I been more prepared I would have sent a high-quality image and resolution at 300dpi at the minimum.
