The product and service was spectacular so I encouraged others to consider them as a source for quality embroidery. Every project I bring in, has always been timely and stellar. Not a single mistake nor "oopsie." They are careful when your order comes in, to document exactly what you want, where you want it, and when you want it done. This is especially important when you have several art files connected to your name. They let you know the cost and when it's ready for pickup.
