Zero clue this existed so zero orders taken from family/friends. It's become such a tradition to celebrate our seniors, I wanted to make it happen but of course panic set in! I used Chad's company to print shirts before. I knew he could make it happen, so I reached out to him on Monday. He gave me the estimated pricing and turnaround time (same week) - it's a small order. I got him the art that day too. That night he sent me the mock up of the art on the shirt and I got him the final quantities on Tuesday morning. He sent me an invoice via email and I paid online, which makes the process easy. I just picked up the shirts this afternoon (Friday). WOW!!! While I can't guarantee you that Chad can always work this quickly as I'm sure he's busy, I can say he will try his best, he estimates his time frames well and his pricing is reasonable. He can also do smaller quantities. I had reached out to a couple of companies because of not knowing who would be able to turn something around quickly. Honestly, he's the first and only person who could fulfill my order at such a last minute request. So WE ARE truly grateful! MAHALO CHAD! Everyone else either couldn't do my order in such a short notice. I forgot to do an order for shirts for the funeral and only had a week-half to do it. So when I did a price quote on Yelp, he was the first to respond and asked when did I need it by. I told him I needed 6 different sizes within 10 days. He then asked me specs of the shirts so I gave it him. The design, colors, sizes of shirts & type of shirts. Within the next day, he said he'll email me a sample of what it would look like. And let him know that if I'm ok with it. In the meantime, everyone else was asking when I need the shirts by. So I told them within 10 days. 3 of them said it's too short of a notice, 1 said they could only do orders of 50 bulk or more, another said they could do it but only 5 of the 6 sizes I needed. Although they did quote me MUCH LOWER PRICE, I needed that last size! 5 wasn't going to do it! Then the last one asked me to send them the specs of what I needed and then they'd be able to tell me if they could do it or not. HOWEVER, I have already decided to go with CHAD. Even my hubby agreed with that as well. He was prompt, quick & helpful. We had no idea what we were doing. I figured he'd definitely drop us by the next day. But he didn't. He continued to work with us. Even after when I couldn't get the shirts I said I would get. He actually offered to help me get them. I'd just have to PAY UP FRONT FIRST. (I KNOW... BUT) I was like... "REALLY?! That would be super helpful!" Then he mentioned that I just need to make sure I KNEW exactly what type of shirts I wanted for each size. I didn't know if we should go with cotton or blended. He said I could do either-or for whatever sizes because they BOTH will cost the same amount. "Just know... cotton may be a bit tighter because it's thicker & blended might be a bit loose cause it's softer." At that moment, I knew what I wanted. So I sent him everything he needed to know and processed the payment within the hour. Yeah... sometimes it can be skeptical because you're not sure if they'll take your order and dig out, right?! NOPE! Nuh-uh... ‍ NOT CHAD! INFACT, he showed me couple different samples before finalizing the invoice. Once we gave the GREEN LIGHT he sent the invoice over and I made payment immediately & within 3 days he was done. I gave him the extra day because we didn't need it until 4 days from then. But he had to complete it before the weekend because they're closed. I needed for the following Monday. So he did us a solid! And it came out SUPER NICE! We were HAPPY WITH IT! Even the kids are happy with it! So now, thanks to "CHAD MY SHIRT GUY" we'll be part of the family. Feeling a bit special! lol!

We received the order the afternoon before the event, but we were not able to use the men's shirts because the design was too big. We decided to use the women's tees for events. In our business, customer satisfaction is number one and we strive to make sure our customers are completely happy. I was not happy as a customer, therefore I reacted strongly. I now have to spend more money to purchase shirts with the correct design size, so I was upset. Since your response to the Yelp request was fast and you printed the shirts, I am adjusting my review to "3" because I was not satisfied with the customer service.

So we reach out to Stephen, and he tells us that Tuesday and Wednesday, the supply shop will be closed so if we want to order, we should let him know by Monday, so he can pick up the correct supplies. This is Sunday night. We scramble, take orders from friends and family, and send a tentative order Monday morning. Monday afternoon, my son is designing shirts and they are being printed. 8:30 pm Monday evening, and they're done. Perfectly. That is after us adding shirts during printing. I did mention that we are procrastinators, did I not? After seeing my son's shirts, more people reached out, and we had to put together a second order. Sent the order in at about 10 am, and it was ready by 3 pm. I always expect some sort of disappointment. Maybe the order is off by a shirt or two. Maybe the total isn't what was agreed upon. There's normally something. Nothing with Stephen. Quick turnaround. Correct order. No haggling over price. Straight up and easy to work with. Unfortunately, that professionalism did not continue once problems began. I spent well over $400 with this business, and there were repeated issues with my orders. First, the sizing was incorrect and had to be corrected. More importantly, I experienced ongoing problems with the quality of the printing. Designs began peeling off the garments despite my following the care and washing instructions exactly as directed. This happened three separate times, requiring me to ask that the items be redone. What I found completely unacceptable was Caleb telling me that my complaints were "becoming a pattern." Yes, there was a pattern--the printing repeatedly failed. A customer should not be made to feel as though they are the problem for reporting the same quality defect when it continues to happen. If a design repeatedly peels off after proper care and washing, that points to an issue with the printing, application, materials, or production process--not automatically to customer misuse. Attempting to turn repeated product failures into a criticism of the customer was extremely unprofessional. Caleb ultimately chose to refer me to other businesses. That is his decision, but after spending more than $400 and dealing with repeated quality problems, I find the way this situation was handled unacceptable. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company. The print durability was disappointing, but the attitude I received after raising legitimate concerns was even more disappointing. When a business receives repeated complaints about the same issue, the appropriate response is to investigate the quality problem--not accuse the paying customer of being "a pattern."
