I felt his quote was very reasonable and I booked it that day. This was 6 months out from our trip. I received an email confirmation the same day I did the contract and then a txt message a week out from the trip to confirm once again and also the name of the driver. Lenny the driver txt me he was on his way and then came into the lobby to assist with our luggage. Once at the port he got us right up to the cruise port check and again handled all of our luggage. I took this taxi from the airport to my hotel after arriving on an evening flight. The driver was…read morefine, he didn't make much small talk but that's ok. He told me it would be a flat rate of $10 and I gave him a tip on top of that. I didn't take this taxi again as the next day I found another company and driver that was excellent. I also took this other company back to the airport and the fare was less than $8. So not sure why this company charges a flat rate of $10 when it costs less with the other company as I don't think it's standard to charge flat rates. The traffic going to and from the airport was about the same, light for the times I was travelling. When I'm back in Duluth next year, I'll use the other company over this one.

We have used Airport taxi on four occasions. They are totally Unsatisfactory…read more The first time they were ten minutes late for a pickup at our house. The second time they left the airport with another fare while we were waiting for our bags leaving us waiting for 25 minutes. The third time they were 30 minutes late for a pickup at our home. The fourth time they were 30 minutes late, with no answer after two calls regarding an ETA, causing us to have to drive to the airport to catch our plane and incur over $100 of airport parking fees. On all for occasions we had called at least a day before to make a reservation. We will never use them again.
