Could not recommend less. Scheduled a taxi pickup for 4AM to the airport and explicitly asked if it would be okay to pay with card. When asked, I told the operator I would not feel comfortable stopping at an ATM on the way to the airport and confirmed again that I would absolutely be able to pay with credit card. The driver showed up on time but immediately told me I had to pay with cash. When we called the operator, she said that we could drive to an ATM or that I could use the credit card to pay for gas at a gas station. When I refused, she told me another driver would not be available for 20 minutes. When I said I would wait, she said it might be 30 minutes. I got out of the car and called Dwarf King Taxi, who picked me up and had me at the airport less than 20 minutes later. Highly recommend working with them instead!! read more

The worst cab company I've used in any part of the country. Incredibly rude dispatchers, reckless drivers, and inconvenient hours. Have called them on multiple occasions and been told that there are no drivers working. I expect more from a company that is made to transport people professionally. read more

Since the police can't and won't get back to me on this I'd like to share and let you all know what had happened to dad and I on Sunday. We were up at the smoke shop next to bridgemans and dad was getting a vape, I stayed in the car, there was a taxi driver from Allied Taxi parked next to us when the passenger came out of the smoke shop he threw open the back passenger door of the taxi hitting the car. I didn't think anything of it but I got out just in case and looked and there was a 1/4 sized white scuff on the back driver side door. As I was looking my dad was coming out of the shop and I showed him. As the driver was backing up and driving away we screamed and yelled to get his attention and to mention he had his window down. So you'd he could hear us, but he kept driving. We called the company and they said they would call the driver and manager and get back to us. We had to call them back several times to get an answer out of them, the lady that answered was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. We were forced to call the police, the police dispatcher even said it was a hit and run. And we have yet to hear anything from the taxi company or the police. NOW I gotta go and get the scuff buffed out which is from what I'm told $500 if not more, if it will even buff out. read more

This is for whoever was driving taxi #31 at 3:23pm on 10/30/2020 license plate DES278 I have not used your service nor will I ever. When I was on my way home from work I was passed by a cab going 50mph on a 30mph road who nearly rear ended me because they felt like drifting over to the next lane. When I pulled up next to them I noticed he was smoking a cigarette inside the taxi with a singular window halfway open. We ended up at a stoplight next to each other and so I rolled my window down to ask why he was driving so crazy. The only response I got from him was "Bullsh*t. Shut the f*ck up." Before he sped off nearly hitting the person that had been in front of him. Truly the only reason you're getting a 1 Star is because there is no 0. read more

Booked a cab a week in advance. Called them again the day before to confirm. Day of my appointment, the cab isn't there. When called they assured me that it was on its way, but was running just a bit late. As time went on they refused to answer further calls. Cab arrived 35 minutes late with no apology or explanation. Cab wasn't very clean. Sign on the cab read "Masks Required" but the driver wasn't wearing one. Felt a little unsafe during the drive. Will never use this company again. read more

I had The time of my life with allied taxi. After I got back from my distant experience in the Pacific Ocean I had no god damn ride from the airport. I also had a sick feeling that these Uber and Lyft wouldn't pull their weight here in this small town (especially on a Monday morning). I decided to trust the ways things used to work and a call local cab. I see I have two options allied or the other one S&. No one answered me at that cab company and the line didn't even ring!! So inappropriate. No biggie tho let's call allied. At first no one would answer and I was getting disappointed because I thought the other reviews on here looked astounding!! I needed to get into one of these cabs with a crackhead. When the phone finally answered they took care of me immediately, sending a driver my way! She even said I could ask the driver to hit the atm if I didn't have cash. He came speedy quick. I loved the Smokey scent of the car and the added touches from other riders. My only complaint is that my driver was totally normal and not doing cocaine and crashing into pedestrians like the other reviews tried to promote. I work at a restaurant and called Allied today for some of our customers. The customers came back and asked where the cab was. It had left after waiting only a few minutes, I told them. "Can you call it back?" they asked. I called and the dispatcher was very monotone saying "we had a cab there, ma'am." I explained the customer wasn't paying attention, if they could please come back. They were 25 minutes late to pick us up and told us they were "only 20 minutes late" (quick to correct me by 5 minutes) and when I called again they asked us "oh so I guess you don't want a ride?" Literally the rudest man answers the phone EVERY time. The company a family member of mine works for has an account set up, to be proactive, we request a cab ahead of time. This member was directed to call at 5:30pm by an employee at Allied and once this was done for them, we were met with hostile behavior. I get that there is an incoming storm in a day or less. This has nothing to do with me nor does it have anything to do with setting up a ride for 3 hours from now. Nonetheless, this man decided to ignore inquiries or even watch his tone.
