The pricey job was never entered into the dispatch system. Phones are not answered. After leaving voicemails another car was sent so late, flight was nearly missed. For the return pick-up, again, no car arrived and no phones answered. After emailing, almost an hour late a story came out that the Owner- George- has brain damage and a compact car was sent to carry three passengers and the same seven bags which were originally transported. I guess they thought the suitcases would not be returning with the guests. Now the family us missing and the company won't answer the phone. The Police are involved and are also being ignored. This is terrifying and clearly one to avoid. Save your money. Save your life.

This was a mistake as when I asked the hotel staff at 7AM the next morning to call me a cab, every company said at wait would be 30 minutes or longer and I needed to be at my destination before 8AM. She called Bayside and they said it would be 10-15 minutes. I waited anxiously in the lobby and was happy when I saw a cab arrive at about 7:25AM so about 20-25 minutes later. I told the driver, Matt, that I needed to get to Superior ASAP. He drove me there without speeding like crazy and I felt safe, but also he knew my urgency to get there quickly. We chatted along the ride and I always appreciate talking to locals about what it's like living in the area, and we also chatted hockey. For my return trip, I made sure that I booked in advance and it was Matt again and he showed up just about the time that I booked it. On the way back to Duluth, we took a detour due to traffic issue but it was great as I got to see more of the downtown area and Christmas lights display. After a quick drop off at the hotel, Matt dropped me off at the mall. I gave him a larger tip than I usually do because his customer service was awesome. I also took this taxi from the mall to my hotel and then the next early morning to the airport. I had the same driver who was nice enough but I he didn't help me with my luggage in and out of the vehicle. It wasn't a major thing as I had a small suitcase but would have been nice to offer and help customers. I may be back this year and would definitely book this company again, and just make sure I do it in advance!

He told me it would be a flat rate of $10 and I gave him a tip on top of that. I didn't take this taxi again as the next day I found another company and driver that was excellent. I also took this other company back to the airport and the fare was less than $8. So not sure why this company charges a flat rate of $10 when it costs less with the other company as I don't think it's standard to charge flat rates. The traffic going to and from the airport was about the same, light for the times I was travelling. When I'm back in Duluth next year, I'll use the other company over this one.

The second time they left the airport with another fare while we were waiting for our bags leaving us waiting for 25 minutes. The third time they were 30 minutes late for a pickup at our home. The fourth time they were 30 minutes late, with no answer after two calls regarding an ETA, causing us to have to drive to the airport to catch our plane and incur over $100 of airport parking fees. On all for occasions we had called at least a day before to make a reservation. We will never use them again.

It gets to be 8:55pm, so I attempted twice to call to cancel, assuming they were just busy and running behind (but I'm not waiting any longer) and both of my calls were ignored. We were left to scramble at the last minute to get a ride. This is completely unacceptable service. Never again.
