We…read morediscussed the recall and I asked that the oil and filters be changed and was told that is part of the recall. When service was done I called and again asked was oil and filters changed and I was told yes. After loading motorcycle in trailer I laid down and noticed filters had not been changed. I went back in and service writer went back talked to technician and said filters were not part of the recall. I was frustrated as the filters were specifically talked about and confirmed to have been changed. I asked for RJ's to give me the filters and I would change them myself. I was told that they could not give me the filters and I could purchase them at cost while also complaining Honda does not give them enough labor for the recall. (NOT MY FAULT!!) This is the third Goldwing I have purchased from RJ's and they can not afford to correct their mistake over the cost of two oil filters. I now have a new Goldwing that was not purchased at RJ's and will be sure not to have any service done from a dealer with such poor integrity.

These guys really helped us out. We are on a cross-country motorcycle trip on our 1997 Harley when…read morethe starter went out. The Duluth Harley shop refused to help us because the bike was "so old." However, they hooked us up with Wes at Advanced Cycle Machining, aka Superior Motorcycle just a few miles away. We took the bike in late Thursday afternoon and Wes was able to rebuild the starter, change our oil, and have us on the road the following afternoon for a fair price. I can't remember the last time my starter worked as well as it does now. THANK YOU!

and brought them in every year to get serviced. last year they charged me $500 to service the…read morewheeler and sxs said everything was normal so I thought that was fine. besides they left a huge puddle of oil on the bottom plate of the sxs that ended up leaking all over my brand new trailer. when I brought it to their attention they had nothing to say and was basically a F-you to me. so I went there again this year thinking it was just a 1 time bad experience. But man was I wrong. The 2 machines last year were $500 total. This year just the wheeler was $650. They said everything looked good except it needed a new belt. I thought it was kinda strange to have to replace the belt on a wheeler when it's not even a year old yet but stranger things happen I guess. Then I asked to see the belt and they refused to show me the belt And now I'm pissed. Long story short they charges me $1100 to do normal service on 2 wheelers this year and when I asked about the huge price Increas they just said .... Ya that seems high. And that was it. Needless to say I will never spend another dollar at lawn and sport again. I can just assume the owners family feud with the brother that use to own the shop in moose lake caused a huge financial strain on him so now he's screwing the people that come to him for service. So be very careful. And get a price before u let them touch ur machines. my advice find a local small garage that services atv's and sxs or go to Grand Rapids or even down to the cities. It's alittle further but atleast you probably won't get screwed.

Ok, today as we were coming into Duluth, the trike started having problems. We pulled into the…read moreparking lot for the train ride and decided to just let it cool off and check it when we got back and it was cooled down. Upon checking, we had no oil! We have no idea what happened. We never saw any leaks anywhere. The bottom of the trike was dry as were the exhaust pipes. So, I called Harley Davidson Sport Center in Duluth. They took my information and said they would call me back. When Dennis called back he was as dumbfounded as my husband was. He then asked where we were and said he was on his way. He rode the ten miles from the dealership to us. He did this on his own bike. He brought oil. He and my husband looked at everything and couldn't figure out where the oil may have gone. Now, with oil in, the trike sounded so much better. We followed Dennis back to the dealership where he and my husband looked in all other places on the trike to see if the oil had pooled somewhere else. Nope. So, after adding the oil and checking everything else out, we were ready to be on our way. When we went to check out, we were only charged for the oil that we used! Nothing for the service, or for him coming down to rescue us!! Unheard of! Oh, and Dennis? He is the owner! He didn't send anyone else, he came personally! What we were afraid was going to cost who knows what, or potentially end our trip, turned into such an amazing faith restored in humanity moment. I am so grateful for Dennis and Harley Davidson Sport Center in Duluth. Happy ending. I am so grateful.

I have had my R-3 suit for nearly 10 years. It is literally nearly as good condition as the day I…read morereceived it. I have had two follow up services since I bought it. The first service (main zipper and all velcro replaced 2 years ago) was performed when the suit was 8 years old, and had nearly 125,000 miles of use. Pricing was very reasonable, and turnaround time was quick. Second "service" was due to my own negligence. I lost one of the small lapel magnets. Aerostich sent me a new one at no charge.
