One day in mid April I took a nice Honda 100 CC Motorcycle to them in the Morning at about 10:15 AM. The Man that dose the Repair work was most unkind to me & He even yelled at Me for No reason & He would not take the Honda Motorcycle in for repair. I was shocked & very badly Hurt & I sent them a Nice Letter telling them of all the items I bough from them & all the repairs I gave them. Then 25 years later I needed a Tire on a Motorcycle replaced & I was refused do to there hatred and I could not believe the Hate they have in there hearts. after all the thousands of dollars I spent at that place. none of My Business was appreciated and they are the most unkind people full of hatred that I have never seeing in my entire lifetime. most considering all that I did buy from them and all the repair and the two motorcycles I bought from them in years past. These people are very unappreciated and they should not be in business. Do not do business with these people. They are the meanest, most unkind people in the world.

The mechanic took a look and explained the easy fix along with doing some minor work to each tire. He also gave GREAT advice on how to maintain my tires correctly. He wasn't even going to charge me, but I hooked him up with well deserved lunch money. Soap Box Side Note: People.... When dealing with a small local business, if they do anything minor for you, if they don't charge you, give the person some "lunch money". He is knowledgeable, professional and informative. It's clear that the repair portion of the shop is quite busy, he still takes the time to explain what needs to be done and answer all the questions one might have. Another pleasant thing when visiting a new shop is to be confident that you're never being sold things that you don't need. The visits here have left this humble reviewer with the feeling that we were provided with nothing but honest opinions and options. We mentioned that we are only in town a few days and have been looking forward to taking advantage of the good weather and killer biking the local area. I could tell they were slammed with repairs and expected a day or so, but John called that afternoon at 5:20 PM saying, "I got it done", which was welcome news for sure. There's a bunch of interesting biking gear, mid-to-high end bicycles, bike rentals, and apparently cross country ski gear and rentals during the winter months. After passing the big (nay, huge!) "wolf" swing set outside several times on our way to-from our B&B, we felt we had to stop by to check it out. The staff was very helpful and informative, although it was a surprisingly slow Labor Day. There is also a nascent brewery opening in the same building (Adventure Brewing), but they were not yet pouring their first batches (although they should be by now). We took advantage of the short walking paths through the fields, which apparently turn into X-C ski trails once the snow piles up. We were so impressed with Bayfield and its typical annual snowfall that we are planning to return in the winter for a weekend of skiing!
