I tried…read moreto purchase some rubber sealant earlier this summer and AutoZone priced a product that sold for less than $4.00 elsewhere at over $30.00. Now, I purchased what was supposed to be ceramic brakes on-line, only to find out they were poorer quality organic brake pads. Neither incident prompted their leadership or "customer service" personnel to do anything other than say they passed on my comments to their research department. AutoZone expected me to remove the organic brake pads from my car and to return them to the store or corporate headquarters before they able to do anything. I only installed these brake pads from AutoZone because it was choice between a disabled and functional car. Instead of doing anything about a problem they created, they insisted on following some ridiculous bureaucratic process in order to be compensated for their bait and switch tactics. My advice would be to look elsewhere for auto parts.

I purchased a carburetor kit from them but the base gasket and both needle valves were incorrect…read more I have a '59 Cadillac, the kit was to cover '57 - '66 carb's. My car uses the regular needle valves (2) and that is what my Cadillac shop manual show but the valves I received are not needle valves and won't fit my car. Since they say I opened the package they won't return the kit even though my manual and my car's needle valves show they sent me the wrong ones. So I'm out $28.50 and will have to purchased a kit from a reputable shop not this one !
