I looked for an email address so I could share this feedback privately, but since I couldn't find one, I'm leaving it here instead. For hygiene purposes, I recommend having attendants use a tissue, napkin, or gloves when handling waffle cones rather than touching them with bare hands. During my visit, the same employee was operating the cash register while also preparing ice cream, which meant they were handling both money and food. I believe this small change would help reinforce good food-handling practices and provide customers with an even greater experience. Thank you for the wonderful ice cream and I forward to visiting again!

Was it fate that brought me back to their sample table? No, it was probably the Chocolate Gods…read morethat I pay homage to on a daily basis. :) I love love chocolate! I'm very particular about my chocolate too. I pretty much break down my chocolate into two categories: 1. Regular Chocolate - Hershey's, Lindt, See's, Cadbury, etc. 2. Chocolate Chocolate - Godiva, Ethel M Chocolates, and all other "premium" chocolates that are not as well known. I have to say that I'm not a fan of fudge. I saw the sample table (at V. Sattui Winery) and I actually passed it up initially, because I saw that it was fudge. I was standing near the table waiting for my BF to pick out cold beverages, when I decided to go ahead and try a small piece since I was just standing there anyway. OMG . . . It was good! It had an absolutely delicious flavor and it was so smooth. I prodded my BF to try a piece, and he loved it too! There was no hesitation on my end. I grabbed two 8oz bars of it (Chocolate Fudge Truffle), and left for the register. My friend was somewhat surprised that I purchased two of them for $11.99 each, but my BF justified my purchasing choice by commenting, "She really loves her chocolate, so when Roselina says it's good I trust her". My friend understood why I bought it when she and her husband tried a piece. They were amazed at how good it was, because they also hate fudge. Thank you Chocolate Gods for watching over me! :)

Gary, the master Fudgemaker, was there giving out free samples. When I enquired with the server about the choclate tasting, she sent me to Gary. I told him about the yelp review and he gave me several samples to try with the wine. Napa Valley Fudge Company is a separate company but they sell their Fudge inside the V Sattui Market. Gary is friendly, personable, and quite skilled at making his desserts. I ended up bringing home a pound of his fudge both because it tasted good but also because it matches with the wines so well. It doesn't hurt that he gave out free sample to the customers there. In addition, just the fact that the guy is hardworking and makes a great product is a wonderful reason to try the fudge. So whether you go to his store or find yourself at the Winery, your swee tooth will thank you! :-)

Everyone was really impressed with the meal and we would definitely come back again! We sat outside on the patio with the option for shade or heaters depending on the weather. While enjoying the delicious Pork Belly bites, we placed an order for their non-beer options (neither one of us are beer lovers). We ordered the Dust Bowl Brewery Strawberry Margarita seltzer, which is ironically a brewery that is located in close proximity to our home. As we were winding down, we ordered a round of ciders and the three meats-three sides platter for dinner.
