Yet, this same patient had foot massage before Christmas a few times and the issue was not a big deal. This time, Nicole demanded a doctor's order. She didn't care at all, never asked one question about me and if she talked it was about herself the entire time. When I told her it was too choppy I was told my hair was too thick! She took less than 10 minutes to cut my hair and watched as she haphazardly cut it in pieces quickly without trying to properly layer. Other stylists there were very pleasant with their clients as I overheard them chatting. Perhaps it was a bad stylist pick, but after this its not worth a second pass.

After returning from the restroom, the nail tech continued working on clipping my toenails, doing the massage, all of those services were fine. However, I needed to use the restroom again. When I got up, the nail tech turned to the manager and they began talking in Vietnamese and started laughing along with all of the other employees. I was mortified as I walked into the restroom. My young adult daughter was with me and saw the whole thing first hand. She was very upset for me. When I came back from the bathroom I was of course embarrassed. I could tell everyone was looking at me and had been taking about me . I sat back down and my daughter wanted to leave. Apparently it was worse than I imagined. I didn't want to leave as I still had wet legs and wanted to get the service finished. I planned to say something when I paid. Of course, I had a stomachache again and I told them I wanted to pay and stop the service at that point. The manager seemed confused and I told her it was because I couldn't use their restroom without being made fun of. The manager acted like nobody laughed and made fun of me. She said, I didn't do that. My daughter said oh yes you did. You all laughed at her and humiliated her. This was all in front of the whole salon. Then, I stated my medical condition and repeated that I needed to pay as I was feeling sick and needed to leave. They charged me $35 instead of $42. I feel like they should have discounted more but it is what it is. I was treated so rudely and nobody apologized or acknowledged any wrong doing. I will never go there again. It shouldn't matter why someone has to use the restroom. In a service industry a more professional experience is to be expected.
