One seller wasn't very engaging and seemed pretty firm on prices, but Robert completely made up for it. He was very friendly, accommodating, and made sure my boyfriend felt comfortable with the price he was paying. He gave us a great deal and threw in a free card for me. But I'd have to admit I've never seen such poor service in my life. When it comes to being around other hobbyists. I waiting in line to be helped while the girl behind the register finished helping her current customer. She seemed very polite & helpful. But that became very obvious that it was because she was flirtatious with the clients. When I proceeded to then ask a question if they had TCG Cards (Pokemon or One Piece). She did answer that they had sold out, but then proceeded to just act like I didn't exist. Not sure, why I would need to have to be flirty just to buy an item they have behind the register. I genuinely just wanted to look at the One Piece Deck set that was behind the worker with the Comb Over. Who also proceeded to act like I didn't exist. Not my fault they're physically attractive to be my type to flirt my way into a sale. Definitely wack employees today. Anyways, definitely check out the BULGOGI KBBQ! I've been dealing with this issue with OC EBIKE STORE for almost three months now, and the entire…read moreexperience has been exhausting and disappointing. And this is for my Koomi m600 I've spent 400 already that I won't see back! I live in Las Vegas, so dealing with a shop located in Orange County has already made this situation more difficult and expensive. I purchased a motor hub from this business, and the first one did not work. After contacting them, they sent a replacement motor hub, which also failed. Trying to resolve the issue in good faith, I then paid additional money to ship the wheel/rim assembly back to their shop so they could supposedly install and verify everything themselves before sending it back to me. After my sister drove the wheel back out to Las Vegas and I reinstalled everything onto my bike, the motor hub STILL did not function. At this point I've spent hundreds of dollars between the part, shipping costs, travel, and wasted time, and I still do not have a working product. The most frustrating part has been the lack of urgency, communication, and accountability after multiple failed attempts to resolve the issue professionally. I tried being patient and reasonable for months before considering legal action. I would strongly advise customers to be cautious before spending money here, especially if you are purchasing from out of state.

I've bought almost all my parts and three different cars from this shop, and they've all been great experiences. Knowing where the hobby is going now, and where it's been in the past, this is definitely the place to be confident in what you're buying. Nothing like Game Stop actually lol My husband is familiar with Warhammar. This is a totally new concept to me though! Warhammar is a hobby that involves creating models to build your army. At least, that is my takeaway from talking to the employee. He was explaining to us how it works. So, you buy the miniature pieces and then you can pain them however you want. Then you add the miniatures together to create your army. Your friends do the same process, and then you "battle" their army. It is pretty cool. I can see how this could get very expensive though lol My husband has an addictive personality, so he is not allowed to get into this hobby LOL Would be too expensive. The pieces are really cool though. They sell different sets, and some from popular movies like Lord of the Rings! Definitely check this out if you are into creating models.
