The walls were covered and organized in such an aesthetic way. There's some funko pop characters that I've never even seen before like a snowman Darth Vader! They also sell an assortment of Disney collectors items like purses, backpacks, charms, keychains and more. Mr collectibles is another seller that offers items for your little ones like needo's, butter squishier, squishmallows and limited edition plushies. I even spotted some unique comic books too. This shop offers so many different collectibles and there's something for everyone! Great customer from the employees. Pricing for the items are also very reasonable. I love that they have a variety of items. Definitely check it out whenever you're in Fullerton or if you're looking for some special collectors items.

He definitely made the whole experience enjoyable which is why I give this a 5 stars If you're in the area, definitely check out this card shop and ask for Robert. He's awesome!

I've been dealing with this issue with OC EBIKE STORE for almost three months now, and the entire…read moreexperience has been exhausting and disappointing. And this is for my Koomi m600 I've spent 400 already that I won't see back! I live in Las Vegas, so dealing with a shop located in Orange County has already made this situation more difficult and expensive. I purchased a motor hub from this business, and the first one did not work. After contacting them, they sent a replacement motor hub, which also failed. Trying to resolve the issue in good faith, I then paid additional money to ship the wheel/rim assembly back to their shop so they could supposedly install and verify everything themselves before sending it back to me. After my sister drove the wheel back out to Las Vegas and I reinstalled everything onto my bike, the motor hub STILL did not function. At this point I've spent hundreds of dollars between the part, shipping costs, travel, and wasted time, and I still do not have a working product. The most frustrating part has been the lack of urgency, communication, and accountability after multiple failed attempts to resolve the issue professionally. I tried being patient and reasonable for months before considering legal action. I would strongly advise customers to be cautious before spending money here, especially if you are purchasing from out of state.

It's like my husband was drawn to this store…read more.. I had no idea what this Games Workshop was about. I assumed it was similar to Game Stop. Wrong! Nothing like Game Stop actually lol My husband is familiar with Warhammar. This is a totally new concept to me though! Warhammar is a hobby that involves creating models to build your army. At least, that is my takeaway from talking to the employee. He was explaining to us how it works. So, you buy the miniature pieces and then you can pain them however you want. Then you add the miniatures together to create your army. Your friends do the same process, and then you "battle" their army. It is pretty cool. I can see how this could get very expensive though lol My husband has an addictive personality, so he is not allowed to get into this hobby LOL Would be too expensive. The pieces are really cool though. They sell different sets, and some from popular movies like Lord of the Rings! Definitely check this out if you are into creating models.

I had been to this shop multiple times before and had intentionally tried to support a local…read morefamily-owned business, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I was contacted and told: "Our 30th anniversary shipment came in today, you were on the list so we're holding one ETB and one poster collection for you." Based on that message, I believed the products were actually being held for me. I responded the next morning and told them I would be there around noon. When I arrived, I found out the items I thought were being held had apparently already been sold, and the replacements they were offering were priced significantly higher because they had purchased them from the secondary market. None of that was communicated to me before I drove over. When I questioned it, I was later told that if I had picked them up the day they texted me, the ETB would have been $99, but because I came the next day they had sold out. That was never stated in the original message. "We're holding one for you" is very different from "first come, first served" or "must be picked up today." Had they told me there was a same-day deadline, I could have gone that evening or continued trying to buy the products somewhere else. What bothered me even more was the way the conversation ended. After I explained why I was frustrated, the response was essentially, "OMG! We were here till 10. What can I say so that you are satisfied and happy so we can move on." I found that dismissive and unprofessional, especially after I had been a repeat customer. This was not simply about paying above MSRP. It was about being told merchandise was being held for me, relying on that statement, and then being given a completely different explanation afterward. Unfortunately, after this interaction, I won't be spending my money here anymore.
