I decided to take a trip down memory lane recently. I made a voyage to my alma mater. While in…read moretown I decided to also venture and see what the town had transformed into. Lots has changed, but not this place. When I was in college Kwik Fill had did a complete rebuild to make it look like it does today. Since the rebuild, does not look like much has changed. Maybe the building aged a bit, but that's about all. It is the only gas station in town. Also one of the few places to get items that are convenient. Hot food is also available if you are up for some gas station fare. Back in the day I remember coming here for some chicken strips and fries. Typical items you would find in a gas station convenience store. Typical service as well. Attentive as expected, but it seems like a bit of a joking atmosphere. Lots of joking between employees, and some of the regulars that stop in here. It appears to be a frequent spot for local authorities. You have to give it to them. It is a needed place in town and it has served its purpose all those years.

As soon as you pull in, you're a couple of yards from a gas pump, meaning traffic gets backed up in the intersection Not safe. Minus 1 star. The gas pump area is very small (8 pumps), and pulling ahead to leave, you can make the store a drive thru, or hit a customer if you're not careful. There's parking in front, but they didn't go hog wild on a lot of spaces, and they share that part of the lot with Frick Tri-County Federal Credit Union. The parking lot, in addition to being very small and oddly shaped, is pitted with potholes. Minus 1 star. The usual stuff, you can pay at the pump with a credit card or ATM card, and the store has convenience items inside. The parking lot was spotless, just insanely small.
