They also cater to the old. It's ok to stand around and look out the window for 10 mins if your old but god forbid you stand there talking to someone for 10 mins if your young! PEOPLE ARE NOT ROBOTS! They also watch your every move while you work because they log onto the camera to watch you from their home (which is creepy) and should be illegal! I'm a young girl and they would have me work nights by myself. Who does that these days!? They also would schedule me late on Friday's and have me come back in early Saturday morning after maybe 3 hours of sleep. So on Saturday, I would be dead tired and have to do everything all by myself while the assistant manager sat on his butt in the office the whole time! Yet after all that I get a call from someone watching the camera's who got on me about chatting to the other employee's. So what if I was chatting it up with a coworker. If I have everything done on my list and am still ringing up customers as I'm chatting, what's the big deal? So I quit! Good job Exxon on losing a hard worker who showed up for work on every scheduled day because they were only human! Stop treating employees like robots! Pay sucks as well.

I was on the side of the road where it wasn't too safe. I called them to see if they could pick me up. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and knew exactly where I was located by me describing roads nearby. They said an hour of a wait. I called 911 to let them know that I didn't feel safe, and they dispatched police to arrive on the scene. As soon as they arrived, this company stopped and said they were going to pick me up and drop me off at the local gas station. They said this will get me off the road because it's unsafe in that area. As well as delivering my vehicle to the destination the next day. They towed it 38 miles away to the destination as they said they would on time. It cost me $250 for the delivery, but they didn't charge me to hook it up, and take it to their garage to get me off the road. I'd use this place again if I needed to. The driver that hooked me up was super nice. One recommendation is that they do not use insurance companies. In case you're seeking your insurance company to choose them.
