She was, excuse my language, an absolute BITCH!! I wish I could have said we were mean to her to justify the reaction, but she truly is just a sad old hag. I love Coen with all my heart but this lady? Truly makes me want to never support a Coen ever again. To preface, the lady making the food took out receipt to make it harder to get a refund, on top of looking at our receipt and lying to our faces because she did not want to have to throw another pizza into the oven. Then yelled at us for wanting to wait for the pizza. Pray for her. Genuinely. If anyone needs God, this woman does.

I was being a responsible person & was going to sit in my car, place an order, thinking someone would bring it out to me or I could use the 6 foot distancing from others. Nope. This place was packed like sardines. Then the police & ambulance showed up. Apparently there was an over dose in the bathroom??!! I know it's hard to put a 6 foot distance in order especially in a gas station BUT your company is putting your employees at risk. You really need to think about haulting food service temporarily until this epidemic is over.

Anytime I've gone...day or night... I've received good, friendly service. Plus I've had the opportunity to meet the owner and she was also amazing! In fact, she's made it a point to try to keep a certain drink I like in stock because I go there so often. And if they're willing to go out of their way for loyal customers, what more can you really ask for? I definitely recommend.
