Put my van through there new car lift now won't fix it. Went to see about it Nick Machanic put his 2 hands on me and pushed me to the ground with aggression . Had 2 motors blow up in 2 year since they have been my service garage. Last visit to this place last time I went for a oil fix now I have a oil leak and tranny leak. Wish I would of never started going here.

Honest and hard working folks! They have always taken great care of my family's vehicles and are very reasonably priced.

God help you if you ever take a vehicle to this location. I made this account solely to publish…read morethis review. This jiffy lube will always attempt to up charge you and will price their labor at an absurd rate for a fix you don't need in the first place. The first time I went to this location was for a noise under the hood. The 'main mechanic' rode with me to listen for it. You will be dealing with him for any repairs beyond simple oil changes. He ended up replacing a part that connects to a front wheel, absolutely confident that he had fixed my issue. I only drove for a minute or two after before noticing the sound was still present. When I took the vehicle back the main mechanic decided to swap out the same part on the other front wheel. By now the two repairs had cost well over 400$, and when I left and noticed the sound STILL present ...I was told that's tough luck and instead directed towards a "better mechanic" up the road. This other, 'better mechanic' not only correctly identified the original issue for me, but found that the parts I had paid jiffy lube more than 400 usd to install had been installed INCORRECTLY! The second mechanic fixed their install and said it had been so quick and easy, he didn't even want to charge me! The next time I went to jiffy lube I was only going in for a regular inspection and emissions test per local PA standards. These will take under an hour at most shops and might cost you 50$ At jiffy lube I was charged 70$ for this test. Not only that, but I paid for a test I had failed according to the 'main mechanic' at this location, who was again servicing my vehicle. He showed me lines on my rear rotors and told me that my brake pads were not making proper contact. He then said to fix it they'd have to take the whole back axle out of the vehicle, and that parts and labor would make the repair almost 500$ usd. FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS for a repair I was told was mandatory. Knowing from previous experience that this main mechanic might not actually have a clue, I took the vehicle to a more trustworthy mechanic for my inspections test. It turns out the vehicle had only needed a single light replaced to pass the safety test. And I was informed that the rotor lines were just a tiny bit of rust, if anything at all to note. Tl;dr This jiffy lube location charged me nearly 500$ for repairs I didn't need. The only time I went back for a regular inspection test they tried to up sell me with a repair that would have cost even more; and would have made it nearly 1000$ I'd have paid them UNNECESSARILY! I will never return to this location, it's all I can do to advise everyone I can to stay far away. Anywhere else will treat you better; even other mechanics in the area will tell you this jiffy lube is a terrible location.

I have been coming here for 28 year and my family and I have purchased over 100 tires during this time and have never had an issue with workmanship or, have been treated as rude as I was when purchased 4 new tires in May of this year. I bought 4 Cooper tires that kept needing to be re balanced due to poor workmanship. Scott the manager insisted that the tires were not suitable for my car and forced me to purchase an upgraded tire which I did at an extra cost of $300. The same issue continued as these tires kept coming out of balance. Randomly stopped by another tire shop to see if they can help and they felt bad for me for the negligence that they saw.. They stated that Mr Tire used weights that should be used on trucks and that every tire was "counterbalanced" . They provided me the measurements to prove it. They re-balanced my tires on July 31 (at no charge!) and I have not had an issue since. Previously, during 4 other trips back to Mr Tire to resolve this issue, I kept telling Scott that the issue was tire balancing which he disagreed only to blame my car. When I insisted that they needed re-balanced, he stated, "IF YOU KNOW SO MUCH, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE" in front of 4 customers who were standing behind me. Worse, when I tried to file a complaint with their Corporate office, Monro Tire, I was on hold several times for over 20 minutes, was hung up several times and was told there is nothing they can do. As I stated way above, there are some good people at the desk however, save yourself from any future issues. Trust me, if there is one as a result of their poor workmanship, they will not resolve it for you.

Far more honest and courteous mechanics before I moved to this neighborhood would call him a sore thumb among folks of their craft. Scott was simply fussy and crass despite how calm and friendly I was towards him, even to the effect of ignoring a few of my questions completely until I repeated myself and also to arrogantly correct me as if to establish superiority (force my trust?) which only works on insecure and desperate people.

And I got the tires installed in under an hour. I have now bought 4 new tires from them twice: once in 2020, and again in 2023. I am now a loyal customer for life!!! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. And there were no high pressure sales tactics when I called to order the tires, which I greatly appreciated. The salesperson was more than happy to sell me the exact same type of tires I already had, however, I inquired about the next level up. I decided to upgrade to a tire with better traction for winter driving conditions. Because I bought my old tires from them, the salesperson had told me on the phone that they would pro-rate the old ones--and save me money on the new tires. I imagined that maybe I'd save $100 on 4 new tires. But I was wrong... They deducted $461 from the price of my 4 new tires!!! I couldn't believe it. I was so happy. And then on top of that, I was eligible for a $100 rebate from Goodyear Tires, which arrived last week in the form of a Visa gift card. I saved a total of $561 on the cost of my new tires by going to Flynn Tires! Between the exquisite customer service, high-quality, name-brand tires, low-pressure sales, and the incredible savings, I am now hooked for life! I'll never get my tires from anywhere else. P.S. I just read some of the negative reviews about repairs. I can't address that issue because I have ONLY gone there for tires and not repairs. (I have my own trusted mechanic closer to my house.) Anyway, I'm really surprised to read those reviews because I have had nothing but great experiences with them.
