Compounding this error, they mismatched the tires--installing three tires manufactured in 2026 and one from 2025. They then took my vehicle's original tires and threw them into an outdoor trailer, leaving me with no choice but to drive away on an unsafe configuration. Because they failed to correctly inspect, balance, or match the tires, my car immediately began "dog tracking"--a dangerous alignment defect where the vehicle's rear wheels don't line up with the front, causing the car to travel down the road sideways. My Mazda was pulling heavily to the right, creating an immediate driving hazard. I was forced to take my car to NTB (National Tire & Battery) to properly diagnose, re-balance, and completely fix the alignment and handling issues caused by Flynn's--expenses I had to pay entirely out of pocket. This business proved to be completely deceitful, and their failure to perform basic safety checks is alarming. I officially filed a complaint with the Attorney General (File # BCP-26-05-044143), and unbelievably, right after I did, my original tires magically "showed up" at the shop. It is incredibly strange how a business completely ignores a customer's safety until state regulators get involved. I have forwarded all of this documentation and the sudden reappearance of my tires to Margaret McHan to ensure it is added to the official investigation. Their response to the AG doesn't change the fact that they knowingly let me drive away in a hazardous vehicle. Avoid this company at all costs.

The first thing that Glenshaw Auto did was to have a tech get in my car and drive around the neighborhood so that I could explain the issue. This didn't give any conclusive answers, but was something I thought was a smart thing to do on their part. I left my vehicle there, and within a couple of hours, their service rep (Matt) called to ask if he could email some documents (an auto-shop emailing me?! wow). The documents he sent were schematics of my car's suspension (the problem area). He then spent the next 15 minutes walking me through exactly what was wrong with the car and exactly what the other shop had not fixed properly. I gave them the go-ahead to do the work. Upon picking up the car, Matt asked that I text him to let him know if it seems that the issue was completely fixed after my drive home. He also let me know that I'd be receiving a follow-up call from them in 2 weeks to check that everything is still in order. What?! A follow-up call from a mechanic? I've never heard of such a thing. There were also a couple of things that he said they noticed on my vehicle that were not critical and didn't need to be addressed now (nice that I felt no pressure to make those fixes on the spot). He said that he would email me a quote on those other items in the next day. There's something that I really like about being emailed and/or texted as opposed to a phone call all the time. As far as price goes, it seems right inline with previous shops. I certainly did not feel that it was excessive, and they did fix the problem that the original shop could not properly do twice. I had also asked them to check a slow leak that I had on a tire. They removed and reseated the tire and charged me....nothing for it. It's not as if they forgot to charge me, it was right there on the invoice as $0. Other observations, very clean waiting room / reception area. Very friendly staff all-around. I'd certainly recommend these guys to anyone.

I had to come to the Burg from Venango County (where I live) to get the car serviced for my son who works nights, and they were very accommodating about getting me an appointment time that worked for my trip to town and back. I knew that a headlight was dim, and feared that cost. We have had problems with the Buick Enclave headlights so often; we have had wok done on them five times and the cost was, generally, $600 each time. I get a call that we had an engine mount bolt that needed to be replaced (no problem) and they were looking at the headlight. When I arrived the headlight had needed to be replaced but I was informed that the previous repair had been done poorly (the gentleman at the desk had the parts available for me to look at). The cost was only 200 for them to do it right. I am fine with paying money I just want value and quality. I think these guys deliver on that.

My license plate lights were inoperable, light assemblies missing. He saw this only once, my car won't pass. He called the dealer they had the them. I found this all to hard to believe, then he told me i may have slammed my truck. I am 74. He gave me numerous excuses. I said I am calling the dealer. That was when he said about me closing the trunk. I went to get it, he said it would cost 250$ they had to take my bumper off. The work was always done right, and the prices were beyond fair. Sometimes, if a repair was especially minor (like when my wife's car needed new spray nozzles) they did it for free on the fly. When more major repair work was needed, they always call ahead of time with a price quote before doing the work, which was something I appreciated. The shop also allows you to drop off and pick up in the evenings after they close, which is especially convenient for working people, as we are. They accept cash, check, and credit card. One of the hardest parts of moving away from the area will be finding a place that can replace Copelli's as our go-to auto repair joint.
