They told me if I didn't have the receipt still they wouldn't do anything for me that they kept nothing on file showing they worked on the vehicle, which is bull crap. I spent $184 walked away with worse alignment than I had and My Car with no sticker on it. Keep in mind there was absolutely nothing else wrong with My Car other than a small crack in the windshield. I am a big fan of Mathews Tire! I wrote a review recently describing my experience in July. The…read moremanager/owner of Mathews Tire is very honest. I had been told by another tire company that there was a nail in my tire, but the hole was not fixable because all 4 of my 2 year old Goodyear tires were dry-rotted. When I took my car to Mathews the next day, the manager told me that the tires were indeed dry-rotted and he replaced all 4 tires for a total of $128! The manager did that even though he wasn't sure that Goodyear would refund the money for those defective tires! I highly recommend Mathews Tires in Elizabeth!
