Walking in to a mechanic as a stranger can sometimes be frustrating but these guys were fantastic. Very welcoming and they explained clearly what needed done and what was being done to my car. Aaron and Steve got me in and out the door very fast and even helped me find someone local to help with my registration renewal. Capable, honest and friendly is a rare combination in customer service these days and B&B definitely fits the bill. I cannot recommend these guys enough

I was shocked when I heard this as my car is only a few years old and that's also an absurd amount of money, so I took it to Ford to get it checked out. Ford told me everything was perfectly fine other than a light replacement, with the total cost being $150. Essentially this place tried to scam me. Unless ford has no idea what they're talking about this place did something completely illegal.
