My lift gate had a bad crack and was definitely starting to Rust and slowly get worse each passing year. Wayne quoted me a fair price and I went home to think about it. A year passed and I go back to get an updated quote just in case the quote went up which would be more than understandable. He remembers me and quotes me the same price as at least a year prior. I finally decide to get in his schedule and have this horrible crack from a poorly done repair taken care of. Fast forward to yesterday. Omg it looks beautiful! He kept in contact during the week to communicate about the progress and when it would be ready. I was so happy when my husband brought it home and I finally saw how it looks. Amazing. My body shop I used to go to retired out of the business after 40 years and I heard through word of mouth Marty did excellent work so I immediately took my truck down to have them look at the vehicle! I met with the secretary when I walked through the door who was very friendly and had me meet with Sam the adjuster who was very helpful and friendly person! He calmly told me that the damage I did can be easily replaced because it was all bolt on and can be painted before it gets put on the vehicle! I sold Toyota for 38 years and sold myself this vehicle and did not know that! I was a nervous wreck! He said to drop the truck off that Sunday night and while we were talking he ordered all factory parts! Two and a half days later the vehicle was done perfectly and properly without blending paint! They matched the paint perfectly! He also never asked for parts money up front! He never knew me from a hole in a wall before this encounter! What a guy! Marty came out at the end and took the car back to take care of a chip I had no charge! I highly recommend Marty! You can't ask for a better repair facility! Both Sam and Marty are awesome!
