Corey arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I needed two intake vents replaced, one was a custom size. And I needed 12 "boots" and grates replaced on the vents. I had tried to do this myself and it was just impossible. Corey explained what was needed and we discussed the price. Jump ahead to the work day. I needed to run some errands so I phoned the office to confirm arrival time. Lisa was quick to find out the answer and let me know. Around 10AM, per plan, Maurice and Marquis arrived. The work required hours of being on site and they were quick to get started. To say replacing the vents was difficult would be an understatement but they got it all done. He looked at dryer exterior and bc there was lint around the exterior when he took a picture in it he quoted me at $400. Considered it "clogged" when there was no visible clog. After I declined he went down to $275, so clearly trying to get money from me. Also waited for 4 days for this appointment. Would not recommend.
