It was MY fault that there was sediment in the tank. Hello, your guy SHOULDN'T have touched the valve.... asked 3 plumbers to confirm it. He even had the nerve to say his list showed our tank was in good condition. Why were they looking at it at all? They were supposed to be snaking the HVAC drain.
