After evaluation and cost estimate, I had asked what the replacement cost would be for the entire system. The original system cooling could never keep up on the hot days. TKC confirmed that the system was underpowered. The replacement was priced reasonably and installed the next day. The second was due to a blower fan failure (the second in 3 years) in the upstairs system. The condenser fan was also showing signs of failing bearings. We decided to replace the 20yr old system. The new system was reasonably priced and was installed 3 days later to match my schedule. The installers remained to explain all features of the system and general care. Great communication, very polite and professional. They protected the flooring, walls, and doors. They also cleaned thoroughly upon completion of work. I consider TKC and their offerings to be a good return on investment.
